Very disappointed from artforma
I haven’t received my mirror yet. Also the tracking number which send me seems to be wrong on the site of dhl where they’ve send me. It’s supposed to received my order within 3-4 working days and I’m in the seventh and still don’t know what is happened with my order. Very disappointed from the company

Ποιοτικός καθρέφτης με ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο στη λεπτομέρεια σχεδιασμό.
Προσεγμένη συσκευασία.
Αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Μαζί με το προϊόν υπήρχε και ειδικό υγρό silicone remover για την αφαίρεση υπολειμματων από τη συσκευασία.

All the problems solved with dialog
Very bad after sales service

I bought a full extra mirror about 3 months ago with a cost over the 500 euros
I noticed with email a defective and not working properly part of the mirror(led problem or else) and after a lot of emails with customer care of your company I have not find any solution to my problem
I send to the company everything needs to recognize the problem(photos even videos) but nothing happen yet and don’t forget that I have active European guarantee

After a lot of emails the after sales department send to me a replacement set of the defective inner mirror and for the cost of establishment by an electrician a refund of 100 euros
