Δύο ακριβοί καθρέφτες, δύο απογοητευτικές εμπειρίες
Είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος από την εμπειρία μου με την Artforma.
Ο πρώτος μου καθρέφτης παρουσίασε ήδη προβλήματα ποιότητας κατά την παραλαβή. Στην περιοχή της οθόνης (ρολόι/μετεωρολογικός σταθμός), υπήρχε ένας εμφανής λεκές στην επιφάνεια του καθρέφτη και τα φωτιζόμενα γράμματα και οι αριθμοί φαίνονταν κοκκώδη αντί για καθαρά και ευκρινή. Παρόλο που το πρόβλημα τελικά επιλύθηκε, αυτό δεν δημιούργησε εμπιστοσύνη.
Δυστυχώς, η δεύτερη εμπειρία μου ήταν ακόμη χειρότερη. Αφού ολοκληρώθηκε η ανακαίνιση του σπιτιού μας, ανοίξαμε τη συσκευασία του ανταλλακτικού καθρέφτη, με αξία αγοράς περίπου 840 €, και διαπιστώσαμε ότι το γυαλί ήταν εντελώς σπασμένο.
Κατανοώ ότι ανέφερα τη ζημιά εκτός της περιόδου εγγύησης και εκτιμώ το γεγονός ότι η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών παρέμεινε ευγενική καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της επικοινωνίας μας. Ωστόσο, αντί να προσφέρει μια λογική λύση καλής θέλησης, η Artforma απέρριψε πλήρως το αίτημά μου και προσέφερε μόνο έκπτωση 8% για μια μελλοντική αγορά.
Μετά από δύο προβληματικές εμπειρίες με ακριβούς καθρέφτες, δεν έχω πλέον εμπιστοσύνη να παραγγείλω ξανά από την Artforma, επομένως μια τέτοια έκπτωση δεν έχει καμία αξία για μένα.
Δεν ζήτησα πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων ούτε δωρεάν αντικατάσταση. Ζήτησα μόνο μια λογική μερική αποζημίωση ως ένδειξη καλής θέλησης, αλλά ακόμη και αυτό απορρίφθηκε.
Με βάση την εμπειρία μου, δεν μπορώ να συστήσω την Artforma για ακριβούς καθρέφτες κατασκευασμένους κατά παραγγελία.

Très satisfait !
La livraison s'est bien passée, le miroir est arrivé en bon état. Il correspond à nos attentes et les finitions sont très soignées. Le seul point négatif est le prix un peu élevé.

Flawless
Flawless, the mirror came in perfect condition, company ARTFORMA does really good job. I purchased the Ambient mirror Led model L01
Hight: 80 cm width:160 cm with Philips LED 6500K which are very bright and met my expectations.
The touch panel is easy discoverable, the Wi-Fi station is cozy, the make up mirror with light is remarkable my wife is astonished, the heat membrane works, just one remark about Bluetooth speakers, they could be better I think. I definitely recommend the product with closed eyes to anyone interested in buying it !!!
