It took longer than expected. The communication was not ongoing as promised. We had to call to get any info. Would have helped if someone sent us an email, text or call to keep us up when our stair lift would arrive. Was bazaar to give a company $10,000 and not hear from them. We were starting to be concerned about the validity of your company. Salesman said it had been shipped, but when I called, we were told it had not been shipped. Narrowed our stairway more than the salesman told us it would. The people who installed were knowledgeable and so far, seems like they did a good job. One part was broken and the installer said it will be replaced, but have not heard anything as to when yet

On our first visit to the facility we learned lot about the lift and got to ride the one in the store. We were totally impressed and excited about scheduling our install. The day arrived and our tech arrived on time and everything went great. We have had it about 10 days and it is a great addition for us.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the company scheduled installation when requested. Stairlift replaced older stairlift installed prior to our house purchase. I showed installer cut out wood from top landing from original installation. This tract is not as high as original; not high enough. I didn’t realize it at the time, and I signed off on it. A little too low at bottom as a result hitting wall mirror. Tract not close enough to wall as well. Previous one did not. Don’t think anything can b done about it now. Nice Stannah Siena, though!

We Have More Independence Now
I was able to visit a friend who used Arrow Lift and was impressed. I called to make an appointment and the representative came to our home the next day. He was not pushy and told us the options we had. We decided to go with them and are so happy we did. They came in a few days and installed our stair-lifts. The young man who installed them was very efficient and hard worker. We are happy with the stair-lifts and will be able to stay in our home much longer now that stairs are not a problem.
