Answered all our questions. The guy Chris I believe installed the chair lift. Very good on showing my husband and I how to operate it. Done great cleaning up anything he dropped or done. We hope to get very good use of it. The warranty was good we received. Very satisfied customer . Thank you

On time. Excellent sales rep. Competent installer. Job was neat and clean when finished. Explanation of a complicated piece of equipment was thorough. All questions were answered. One small negative. A cosmetic panel was not in the installation box, so it is now on order. Does not affect machine operation.

Mike the sales Rep and the Installation Tech were both professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to do any extra work in preparation for the State inspection and everything went smoothly.

Arrow has been great from the start…
Arrow has been great from the start explain options without pressure. The installer of the stair lift was professional did a great job installing and explaining how to use the lift and also totally cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with the whole experience so far and the lift is working perfectly

Was ordered and installed quickly. Works well. Little problem with chair. Installation was good. Take out of old lift was way to expensive. $600.00 take out. Takeout/install only took 3 hours.

The representative, who came to our house, Nelson Morales, was very courteous and knowledgeable about your stair lift models, functions and operation. He answered all of our questions. I need to mention that there was no pressure and no pricing gimmicks like “if you sign today….”
The installation took place as scheduled by a very pleasant gentlemen and we are very pleased with our purchase.
Finally, the one important factor that influenced our decision to go with Arrow Lift is the fact that they actual have a physical location in Columbus, rather than the internet and perhaps a location out of state!
We highly recommend Arrow Lift!!!

System operates at a great speed, but..
System operates at a good speed and it's easy to navigate, but the ride up and down is a bit bumpy as if the rail is not connected smoothly (especially as the chair approaches the top of the floor). We had a great tech install the unit and he explained everything in detail, so maybe I'm missing something, but it rides like there is some small obstruction or bump along the top portion of the rail unit. Still I'm happy with the purchase and the entire sales experience was terrific due to a great sales rep who was very detailed.
