Purchased a pair of magnifier glasses for arms length soldering. these glasses are meant for close up work literally inches away from your eyes.Did not work for my application. I asked or a return of a new unused product they can literally put back on the shelf and resell but they want a 30% restocking fee in addition to shipping.
They agreed to reassess the my request and agreed to take the return if I shipped back at my expense. I in turn agreed to ship back and provide tracking that would be followed by a refund. I then received another email about the 30% restocking fee as if I had not had the previous conversation. this company is masquerading as a Canadian company but is clearly a Chinese company that will stop at nothing to keep your money . Leason learned do a little research and never do business with the Chinese

This company sold me a defective drone told me they didn't want it back but would replace it . Then they tell me to send it back , they said they sent me a shipping label I never received . After playing there games they say it is over the 30 day return time . It would be wise not to buy anything from this company

Ordered a product from them last week and paid for "expedited shipping" to have it arrive for Father-In-Laws gift (86 year old who can't do outdoor gardening anymore).

Aroflit will never see any more business from me, and I give them a very bad review. Sometimes it is difficult to tell if something is working or not and it takes time to test it. A refund policy of 30 days should tell you that they have no confidence in their products and are just out to make a quick buck, hoping people won’t catch on until it’s too late.

I ordered a USB Charger surveillance product and it did not work as advertised, the motion detection recording didn't work. They will give not consideration for replacement once you get past 30 days. Don't buy from them. The product is junk.

A very unsatisfied customer.

I ordered a drone for my son. It lasted less than 2 weeks. Dealt with bs from the company about a replacement. Sent them the replacement and now they’re saying they didn’t get any of the batteries back in the packaging. How hard is it to just honor your warranty and return policy. Didn’t even ask for a refund just a replacement product. At this point I don’t even care. I will never order something from them ever again!

I ordered a small portable air compressor on 7/23/24. I had to make an adjustment in the order immediately. I contacted Aroflit and they made the adjustment in the order. BUT, they did not send the original order. I am still trying to find out why and receive the compressor. They charged me $99.00. It is now August 2, 2024. No phone contact number available. POOR SERVICE. Considering filing a fraud case for not receiving the goods and not receiving the $99.00 refund.

Rabbits and squirrels ate and played 10 feet in front of them. I requested a return label and a customer service representative informed me that I could order more powerful unit.

I had back surgery and bought this walker after being bedridden for 4 months and it's very difficult to get into very difficult to move very rinky dink cheaply made actually quite scary to use
