Persistent spam and ignored unsubscribe requests

I have been receiving unsolicited emails from you for months. Despite my repeated requests to be removed from your mailing list, you have failed to take action. I never gave consent to receive these communications. Please stop sending these 'spam' emails and confirm my immediate removal from your database.
