Purchased a BMW from the Loughborough showroom. I was nervous as i had only seen the bike on pictures and videos and I was travelling from Northern Ireland. My concerns were unnecessary because the bike was exactly as described.
The level of service was first class.

Don’t leave a deposit…….you’ll never see it again if you change your mind despite the promise you may be given. I was assured in a very friendly way ( which I now know to be a con) that I could have my deposit back if I decided not to go ahead with the sale. I even have an invoice with that promise written on it. However despite this and having changed my mind the guy who made the promise ( Ian at Leicester ) is now very illusive. He refuses to speak to me ( I have made numerous calls and sent numerous wats app messages ) and I have yet to receive my £200. Please avoid this business and don’t fall victim to the very convincing confidence trick that I fell victim to. I would take them to court if I could be bothered.

Don't bother going to Arnolds in Burton-on-Trent if you want your bike repairing and or collected, as they are only interested in selling bikes not repairing them, when I rang up and asked if they could repairing my bike and collect it, they sounded very uninterested, but said they would collect in two weeks, so I waited for nearly 4 weeks and heard nothing, I rang them and they said they waiting for the van driver, and told me another 2 weeks, I waited for another 4 weeks and still heard nothing, It has since been elsewhere collected and fixed within 3 weeks, even if you tell them what is wrong with your bike they still try and put you off by saying they will charge you £70.00 for diagnostics anyway, but like I said poor service from this place, and only interested in selling bikes, not sure about the branches but I wont be going to any of them in the future.

Just taken delivery of my aprilia rs660. All arranged through Andy at the Loughborough branch. He got it to me in portishead super quick and the whole experience from start to finish has been first class. Can’t rate these guys enough. One very happy customer!!

Excellent service and staff...very understanding from Peter,Chris and Ian..who have gone above and beyond due to a change in my circumstances..J will be going back to them in the future,without a doubt..Thanks Guys

Have just picked up my New to me bmw k1300s from Arnolds. Very pleasant experience, great customer service. The bike was so well presented after having a service and mot, brand New tyres. It was only when I had left and started to look for a fuel station did i realise thr tank was full! Thanks guys, never had that from a dealer before. Definately recomend Arnolds of Loughborough!!

I brought a (barely) used MT10 from the Burton branch, from my initial enquiry, arranging a time slot to view (due to the coronavirus situation), right through to the collection of the bike, Matt could not have been more helpful, professional and just an outright gent throughout the whole process.
I will definitely use again for servicing etc.

Bought a Vespa from Leicester branch, all fell over backwards to sell the Vespa to me,

Picked bike up again great service from Ian.

However since owning the bike in 4weeks I've had to pump up both types every 2 days so faulty tyres which weren't checked prior to handing over to customer. Not had no contact regarding services yet they originally sold the bike as new so would have records and let me know,

Customer aftercare non existent no ones bothered to call to see how I've been getting on with the bike any issues.

Like other reviewers have suggested, take the money and no longer bothered, must be the case with a lot of motorcycle dealers in the Midlands as come across a lot of them!

I'll be speaking to finance company about the tyres issues as am not paying to replace them!
