I didn't need replacements of my issued tags as somehow I totally accidentally forgot to return them when I left the Armed Forces. I DID however need a medical alert tag seeing as I'm now old and falling apart. I placed the order with Armydogtags, and it arrived in about 3 days, FAR faster than I expected. NO faults / errors, and exactly as described. Great shopping experience, and a great product too. I've no idea how the product compares (for accuracy) to a genuine issue medical tag, as I only ever had the 2 usual ID tags, but it's certainly robust enough to survive a lifetime and the lettering is dot peened deep enough so that it's never going to wear off! Highly recommended.

To honour one of our fallen k9s, i created tags in his honour. I felt it was part of my recovery to give him the full respect he deserves. I've just made my third order and I couldn't be any happier with Army Dogtags, especially with the Christmas order I just made. Myself, my Dad, godson and stepson are all Top Gun mad, and with the release of the HUGE sequel this year, I thought that matching dog tags would be the perfect Christmas present.

Rhodri at armydogtags.co.uk was very helpful and accommodating. Replied to queries promptly and the ordered tags arrived in good time and are of good quality. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I placed an order for two dog tag chains. The envelope arrived as expected but it only contained 1 chain. After contacting the company, they fulfilled the order anew. That is, they fulfilled an order for (a further) 2 army dog tags.

Although there was a bit of delay, I appreciated the response and I felt that the accompanying message about the reason behind the delay was sincere.

All in all, based on my experience, I would recommend using armydogtags.co.uk

Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and no delivery date given on order. Disc is thinner than expected and engraving small and difficult to read.

Totally refreshing! Contacted these guys for some tags to mark a special occasion. I was really short of time, my fault and we're about to hit a holiday weekend. Spoke with Rhodri at Army Dog Tags UK yesterday, he was so so helpful! My tags arrived this morning all sorted, personalised and packaged really nicely in cool little gift tins which I would totally recommend as they're cut out perfectly for the tags and look great when opening.
