Quick delivery but more importanly sturdy with washer design meaning no wear at single point as with standard tags that wear through & fall off. Clear inscriptions.

Instant reply from them to say they would get it despatced immediately and it arrived 11am today, under 24 hours from start to finish. The product is perfect, exactly as described. Post office didn't deliver in time so I asked if anything could be done. I did not expect them to offer next day delivery and replacement free of charge. The post office still havent delivered my order, but army dog tags are the best!

I have just received a perfectly engraved and super stylish dog tag for my new puppy. The tag is black ‘washer’ style with lovely clear white text.

I don’t know what to write so that it doesn’t sound like a robot or paid, so here goes..
I ordered a new tag for my dog’s collar after moving house. I chased it after a week as it still haven’t arrived. I wasn’t expecting a response, let alone a HUMAN one. They ended up shipping out another and both original and replacement arrived on the same day!

The tags took 4 weeks to arrive. The dog tags are fine but the army tag is rubbish. Went straight in the bin complete waste of money. Looks nothing like an army tag. Wrong size wrong shape and the chain is so cheap it’ll break in two minutes. The inscription is poor too.

Honestly the best communication and customer service throughout. Ordered sterling silver dog tags for my boyfriends passout parade. The guy made a mistake with one of them (as people can do!) And instantly told me the situation, made his best efforts to get it delivered! Gave me the incorrect one to give incase the other didn't arrive in time! Sent the correct one on special delivery and arrived today (In perfect time for the passout) in amazing condition. It looks great! Would absolutely purchase again and highly recommend to others. Unfortunately my dog tags got lost in the post, when I contacted to request a replacement Rhodri was on hand to help out and send out a new set of tags.

What a company, I sent them an email to ask if they would be able to add a medical star onto my tags. Within 20 minutes, they sent me a picture of a tag with one on it and it was perfect. I placed my order and within minutes I had confirmation and a picture of them. They arrived 48hrs later and are exactly what I needed and passed inspection. Fantastic company, I will be coming back for kit bag tags and might even treat the dog to a new tag. 5*

Great service here - I emailed over with a few questions, and a fella called Rhodri helped with everything I asked.

I wanted to make sure special characters would display properly, and he created an example tag with their machines, and sent me a photo - I wanted to check out a different font, and he had no issue doing it again and sending me over another picture.

Once I figured out what I wanted, I realised it wasn't specifically available on their site, but again, Rhodri went out of his way to combine two different products on their site to give me what I wanted.

Ordered on the 11th, arrived on the 14th.

Top tier service, would recommend to anybody wanting tags.

Ordered online through a simple user-friendly website, 2 days later, they appeared, quick and easy, although not quite what I was expecting, but a quick phone call later to the office, spoke to an amazing man who very quickly sorted out the issue, 36 hrs later I had just what I wanted around my neck. This is the real dog tag company and now my go to tag maker. Brilliant experience and worthy of my hard earned cash.
