I like the server, easy to manage/set up. The only thing is lacking, is an easy way to block dinos from spawning or block blue prints from being learned. Like specific ones. For example, if i want people to be able to tame flying dinos, but not to ride them, i wish i could block the saddles from being learned. I know there are ini. settings for that, but not everyone is tech savvy. Being tech friendly is what i love the most about this provider.

It was one of the best server hosting experiences that I have ever had. Most modded servers are a pain in the back to set up and get running, but this was not the case whatsoever. I can't say how easy and streamline this entire process was.

When there was a dry period of when I set up the server and started to actually use it they emailed me to make sure I wanted to keep it up and running.

10/10 would use again, I hope that they start to host more games so that I can continue to use them in the future.

This the best server hosting site by far.They make so easy to change any stat you want in the game.

Have had this server forever and come back to it now and again always trust that it and my stuff will be there.

Over the years of playing Ark: Survival Evolved I've tried several server sites, from the cheapest to the downright criminal. Arkservers.io is by far the most user friendly site at a decent cost. I've never had to bother the admins because my game isn't loading or there's a mod issue, nor have the servers ever been down for anything other than their routine maintenance. I've recommended it to several friends that have since migrated from other sites that have crashing issues or terrible mod management. Can't wait to get a Minecraft server which is coming soon.

I've had zero problems running a small community server in Ark. and it's very easy to use.

I honestly adore the hosting service, the user interface is easy to use and straightforward. It's not 5 stars is for two reasons. One: I canceled my server as no one was playing for a while, recently came back and prepaid enough for almost a year. Had a small credit as well. Site kept saying I had an unpaid bill and to check the Account page as to why, except the Account page showed I owed nothing. It stayed like this for about 30 or so minutes before clearing itself out. Two: I had an incompatible mod in a very large list of mods, and spent the better part of 4 or 5 hours having to turn the server off and on while adding mods in one or two at a time until I found the culprit. I was a hair's breath away from requesting a refund several times. I understand that the software doesn't produce logs the company can share, but it would be very, very nice if they tried to code it so it did.

Great and affordable service. if I have any issues support is a great help at fixing them. highly recommend them to anyone looking for a server.

The hardware is good, and the pricing is great. Just the time it takes to get a response out of the support staff is too long. If a game server goes down on a Friday because of a bad patch and the servers on other providers can be manually restarted within an hour to working and it takes ArkServers 3 days? Maybe tell your Techies they can work some overtime? After all, to your customer, their server going down over a weekend is a major crisis.

With low coast we receive much more slots and hardware.

Only bad news is about options, you have only 2 options for hosting your game (ark survival is my game):
1) 60 slots with 12Gb Ram Cap (you can play all things here, but Gen2 need more this, for actual US$16,00
2) 250 Slots without Hardware Cap for US$32,00
I only cry about cant play Gen2 map without get Second option.
Have private website for your server with real cool things and with button connection to server.
Have FAST option to change HOST LOCATION.
Ease config MODS and files.
Integrated CONSOLE RCON.
External and useful BACKUP, never see this so PERFECT.
You can try other hosts, but, really, I see you here too one day ^^
NOTE: I've used and tested most major providers in America and ended up coming back here a few times.

My genesis 2 map is having constantly lag and every now and thet i get a message when i log in to the control panel the hardware where my server is being hosted is pver loaded. And npw my genesis 2 map were laging and restart the server now it doesnt even start up.

Makes hosting a game server easy! Customer service gets back to you in a timely manner and is very helpful. Pretty user friendly interface. Could use a couple additional features, but overall happy with my experience thus far.

easy to use, when you don't know what something does you can just hover the mouse and it'll tell you what that specific thing does. 10 out 10 would recommend

For me the best host of ark servers in my view, I've been to several and they are terrible to configure this one is simple and cheap as everyone likes it :D

Easily the best interface any ARK server provider might have, but plenty of issues over the months such as servers being inaccessible, down, unable to update, or the website being down entirely. It's just disruptive and really annoying at this point. I think things would be better if they just switched to Windows instead of using the Linux servers that constantly have issues.

Good Service - Good Value - Good Choice!

Sorry, I had such good results last time I had two servers here but this time around I could only connect 1 time and then the server was no longer visible thru steam.
