Great Ark server host. Way better and user friendly than Nitrado by far!

Oh my! this game has sucked me in since march 7 22. After adding a couple of mods to improve gameplay I didn't want to weigh my PC down so I join Arkservers.io after shopping around. Setup and management are a breeze! I was in the game playing in minutes with my mods installed ready to go. Arkserversio didn't let me down at all, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to start their Ark journey.

These folks have been fantastic. Why? Because I haven't had to talk to customer support or tek support for any single reason. Any issues and there's immediate help for it right at my fingertips. Their prices are inexpensive and they offer exactly what I need.

I have a 2 map ark cluster and the server setup interface is extremely user friendly. Both of my servers run extremely smooth. 10/10 service

Though pricy, this is the easiest to use, most extensive ark server host I've used, and I've used a few. Almost any setting you can imagine is manageable through an easy to use control panel. The server rarely has issues, and usually only when you're restarting it every ten minutes to mess with settings (my fault). It's got great ping, for me and my friends it's about 20-50 depending on where we are in the country. Lastly, I've only needed to contact the company for questions a couple times but they've gotten back to me within a few hours no matter when I did it, despite the fact that I play late at night. I absolutely recommend this server provider over anyone else, and the price tag is worth the ease of use and the service provided.

Servers are very affordable and powerful! Customer experience is top notch with new server being set up in a matter of minutes, I've tried several hosting services for Ark and this one is definitely my favorite, the UI is very clean and mod installation is fast and easy!

Good prices and good service. Running a server/cluster in Australia and haven't had any issues after using this service for about 3 months.

Easy to use dependable server hosting.

Recent price hike isn't so great but the user panel is the best I've seen anywhere. Gportal could learn from it, vs their lagging and non-friendly mod list system.

Really wish you weren't forced into 60 slot servers, I'd gladly pay for a 10 slot option if provided, obviously at a lower cost.

have through many years had many servers by arkservers.io and not even all of them are ark servers. and they have always been excellent. with a fantastic setup time and option helpers. very easy to use and master. GREAT JOB ARKSERVERS.IO !

Been going on and off playing Ark with my real life friends and relatives. Arkservers.io is the only one we use. Their staff are so friendly and are just an e-mail away. I don't find it hard to navigate through their settings and stuff. 5-star service! Thank you!

The server hosting site is very friendly, very helpful, and very patient with not just me, but with my admins.

Seriously I had issues with life and they helped me learn how to save my worlds so i can come back later. This stands out the most to me. Because of that I decided to leave my worlds running and pay for them with absolutely no use for months during recovery because they deserved it. I dont think anything I can say can speak louder than that about their worth.

One of the best hosting sites I've tried for ARK:SE. Great performance, good price, and a nice modern dashboard setup. There were recently some server shortages (due to Covid supply chain shortages), and you couldn't always get a new server rental the day you wanted it, but tbh I don't hold that against them - and in fact they informed the community that they chose to limit server availability to keep their hardware running to certain standards, rather than just cramming more rentals in to make more money and have our performance decline. I definitely appreciate a decision like that, and their transparency about it.

Server hosting here has been great with faster restarts than I've had with other hosts. It's way easier to handle mods (for Ark) here than my last host. My only issue is the servers don't seem to be happy a lot of the time even with only a small group of players playing on them. I've had weird performance spikes that have ended up with players teleporting all over the map and my server shutting itself off due to RAM limitations (despite somehow only 1% of members encountering this). I don't consider what I'm running to be beefy at all so I'm surprised the host cannot handle it.

I go back its just made better.
Pricing is low and the service excellent.
I have revered them to many friends that also made use and are still using them.
Great place to rent a server from.

Been using them for a couple years now to host multiple Ark servers and never had a problem. A good simple choice with easy to understand and use server options.
