The fabric I ordered exceeded my expectations. I have ordered waxed cotton and canvas from 3 US suppliers at 10x the price and the 4 pieces I got from Arkdefo are better quality. Customer service was exceptional as they responded quickly to my questions. Shipping to the US was quick and worth the cost.

The quality of the fabric, the samples and explanations of different types of fabric and the wrapping in tissue paper was exemplary.

My fabric said it had flaws - I was using it to line bucket hats so that was fine. However the fabric appears perfect. So I’m delighted.

I placed three orders with Arkdefo and each one was delayed because of mail strikes. However, the company was very helpful and kept me informed. The fabric is good quality and the prices very reasonable - I will certainly buy from them again

Although they were on holiday when I placed the order I received my parcel very speedily after they returned (in spite of ongoing postal strikes) Lovely quality cloth and a very helpful swatch booklet to help with future selections.

Really gorgeous fabric (I bought the 3m bundle of waxed cotton and barrier lining). Lovely quality and great value for money. Can’t wait to start using it. Just need to decide what pattern to use!

Great choice on the website, really easy to order. I got updated on the delivery on a regular basis, so did not miss it. Really well organised by Arkdefo! The packaging was perfect, no plastic whatsoever, which is appreciated. And …. the colour of the fabric was exactly as on the website. The fabric itself is of great quality! To top it all, there was a handy booklet with a series of samples: this is so useful! The samples are all great and the way this booklet works is so practical. I am very impressed!

Fabulous fabric. Arkdefo contacted me to say there was a mark on my fabric and to confirm what I was using it for, I said I’m happy with a little extra as it was practise accessories so could cut round. They were incredibly generous with the extra they gave me. The fabric is utterly beautiful and I haven’t found the mark yet! Will be buying more for sure.
