Great experience buying my Polo from ARJ Motors. The team was very professional, prompt to respond to queries and helpful. The car was immaculately clean and well presented and the buying process was made easy. Overall I was very happy dealing with them and very happy with my purchase.

Overall experience was excellent. I spotted a car I liked, test drove it the next day, and bought it a couple of days later after a smooth part-ex at the same dealership. No hassle, just friendly customer service and genuinely nice people. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back. 🙂

A few weeks ago, I bought a Jaguar EX from ARJ Motors, and it’s been nothing but trouble since. Just two days after driving it, I noticed the front left panel had been resprayed, and the bonnet and bumper lines were misaligned. The left parking sensor started acting up, and the headlamp washer jet on that side didn’t work either. It was obvious the car had been in a previous collision—something the garage claimed to know nothing about.
I returned to the dealership to have the parking sensor and washer jet fixed. They told me they’d order the parts on Monday. When I called to follow up, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. When I matched his tone, he challenged me to come down and speak to him in person if I had a problem.
At that point, I contacted the finance company and returned the car.
If you’re considering buying a Jaguar EX with reg BN68 OXU from ARJ Motors, make sure any promised work has been completed before you drive off. I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone. They told me they don’t respray cars on-site, yet I saw a BMW in their workshop fully masked and clearly prepped for painting. When I asked about it, they claimed it was just being polished—but after my experience, I didn’t believe a word of it.

They also claimed the Jaguar had been serviced before I picked it up, but just 1,000 miles later, the oil level was at the minimum. Please check their reviews on Trustpilot before doing business with them. In my opinion, they’re not to be trusted.

On the 2nd of May I purchased a Mercedes AMG premium plus I was very satisfied with the service that I received. It was very caring and professional. They help me get on the road legally with insurance MOT road tax. I will highly recommend this company to anybody that I speak to The staff was very good. I can only comment on my experience, just bought a Mercedes c200 coupe in great condition and a fair trade in on my car. All the staff were great there was a couple of issues with the car that I was told about and when I picked the car up all the work was done. They had even washed and polished the car. And a big thank you too the two girls in the office who were very helpfull and made the whole process very easy, and very professional.

Recently bought a Discovery from ARJ, really friendly staff and a nice dealer to work with. Good communication, making the whole process very easy. Would happily buy from them again.

I bought a BMW X1 from ARJ MOTORS a month ago. The whole process was excellent: from initial call to sorting an appointment to viewing/test driving to fair PEx valuation to purchase without any hard sell at a fair price. The whole team were great, thank you. One month on, I’m enjoying the car and there have been no issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

I would highly recommend purchasing a car from ARJ MOTORS. It was my first time purchasing a car by myself and the whole process was made easy and hassle free. The communication was excellent, they were able to part exchange my old car and I never felt they were pushy for the sale. The car was in immaculate condition, I can’t thank them enough.

I bought a Citroen car with Arj, it’s really a great experience.
We arrived there they were cleaning the car before the inspection and they left us enough time to look at the car and then having the test drive.
Everything went very smoothly and the lady explained everything clearly.

I had an amazing experience buying my white Mercedes C200 Coupe from Arj Motors! From start to finish, the team made the process smooth and stress-free. A friendly guy helped me check out the car, while two lovely ladies assisted with the paperwork, making everything effortless.

The car was in brilliant condition, exactly as described, and what really stood out was their attention to detail. They even topped up the fuel—it was on red when I tested the car, which most dealers don’t do. That showed their confidence in the car and excellent customer service.
