Businesses should not use this company for collection as they never pay back the collected money.
The company have no phone numbers - only E-mails. Customerservice just refer to finance department for payment. The issue is that finance doesn't respond to our multiple e-mails - nor do they pay out the amount they have collected on behalf of us.
In June 2023 they claimed that there was a holding period of min. 180 days - but they don't pay the collected amount to us. They don't even answer our e-mails.

They made the whole process feel quick and simple. I got updates and felt in control of everything throughout. Thanksss!

Absolutely avoid these sharks. The relationship started well, and they began collecting the debt on my behalf. Once they had collected the debt for me they stopped responding and have not paid me in the 12 months since collecting the debt. They have now not responded to me since Feb 2024 and are now ignoring my solicitors communications. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DEBT COLLECTION.

Chargebacks section 75 is 120 days not 12months.

I have sent an email to the address they replied with below after posting this review, let's see if after many months of being ignored someone reaches out to resolve it.

Having sent all the details they requested on 24 October, 12 days ago, surprise, surprise, no-one has contacted me to arrange the full payment due to me. I stand by my original review.

Still, nobody has called or reached out, even after I contacted them as per their reply. It has been over 13 months since they collected the debt on my behalf. These guys are worse than the original person who owed me money—they are fraudulent criminals. Beware.

I was pretty stressed out about the whole situation since I’ve never had to deal with a debt collector before. They took control from the start, keeping me updated along the way. It didn’t take as long as I expected to recover my money. There was one hiccup with the portal being down for a day, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’m just glad it’s all sorted now and I didn’t have to do much! Defintely took the stress off my hands, and I’m gratefull for that.

BE CAREFUL , after they collect your money they sent a contract for you , this contract is worse than the debtor who didnot pay your money ,

Angela's team recovered a large corporate debt others could't. Their legal team was impressive.

Their online portal was easy to use. Tracy always kept me updated, and I could track my case 24/7.

Had a CCJ but no idea how to enforce it. Mick explained my options and took care of everything

The whole point of a debt collection company is to get money you are owed, however this company got the money for me but now is not giving it to me.
I have chased it up by phone only to be told email only which is strange as you can do everything by phone until you want the money they collected.
After sending an email I got an auto response that said someone would contact me within 2 weeks it has been more than 2 months and still no response.
when you ring the number they give you for urgent issue you just get told to email again.
I would recommend you find a company that is willing to talk to you once they collect the money.

I Have now had 1 email saying :
We are sorry to hear you are awaiting a payment. We have passed your request over to the finance team to look into for you. Once we receive an update we will be in touch. this was on the 18th October nothing since and still no money.
it is now 4th Nov.

I Still Have not received my money from them.
I spoke to someone today (17/12/2024) and all I got was they would email the finance department.

On the 30th of June i paid them £118 to recoup my dept of £700 from a second hand car dealer. They managed to win the payment but told me I had to wait 180 days to receive the payment. Its now 196 days and I'm yet to receive a penny! I have phoned their customer service 3 times in the last few weeks and each time they have told me they are working on it but can't give me a date of when I will receive anything. They are an untrustworthy and dishonest company. I have sent them a letter which was put together by Citizens Advice. If they fail to respond then I will take the necessary further steps. I will also contact trading standards. AYOM will not get away with this and I'm prepared to go the distance even if that means taking them to court!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

EDIT: They replied claiming to have given me the money back after a certain period of time in the response (below) however this is NOT TRUE AND A FLAT OUT LIE!. The holding period expired on the 18th September which was the 180th day. It is now 202 days and no one has contacted me and I have received nothing in the post. I have already sent them a letter which they will need to reply to or I will proceed further. At this point they have taken my money and ran away with it. They were in constant communication when they wanted my money, and now radio silence when its time to pay. This is a very dishonest company who should not be trading if they treat their clients with little regard.

The fees were well worth it for the peace of mind and results. Tracy helped recover a debt I thought was lost for good.

The online portal made it easy to track progress. I’ll use them again for sure.

Ref -AY331051 We are still awaiting for our money, we are now over a year since you say you collected our money and I have followed the complaints procedure with no success, which ever way I contact you I am brushed a side (can’t even speak to the accounts team) with no response, the only way I seem to get a response is by writing a review.
