Got my money back faster than I thought possible.

Hugely disappointed. This company assured me of being able to get my money back have done nothing to get it back or chase the person owing the money. Now they to want to charge me for money the person has paid me because he refused to go through the bailiff company - even though we all told him he has to go through company. Ayom told me to apply to court to get my money back!!!!! I could have saved money and done that in first place. No one is listening not only have I not got my money - they are trying to charge ME for ayom services. STILL waiting for resolution - please check back here for an update. I will post here.

When I was deciding whether to use them over a year ago I was constantly being called by them several times a day. If they had done that with the person owing me money perhaps I wouldn’t be in this place !!! Hugely disappointed and feel conned.

Got email this eve , rude inconsiderate. For a company that make you feel they are there to support - they don’t care or give a damn about your circumstances. Totally like speaking to a brick wall. Having spent 5 years in courts fighting ex and winning at no point have I been treated like AYOM have treated me.

The company have threatened to take ME to court when I have engaged them to get my money off the person who owes me. The person ignored all them and just kept paying me they have now charged me £1800+ which is more than what I got from my ex and also I have lost the £2k more he owed me as he threatened me so now I am in a worse position from a company h I went for help. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM THEY PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING ABD DELIVER NOTHING. IF YOU AGE A Straightforward CASE ITS OK BUT RIGHY AT TGE START I TOLD THEM THR OERSON WAS DIFFICULT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Absolute con of a company, gave them £250 after they told me my case was all good to go, sent out nonsense emails to the person who owed me money & when I went to push for them putting the claim through they said that it’s not 100% that they could get my money, DONT USE THIS COMPANY !

I have left a review of this company before....the reason for leaving this one is.....I complained to their customer service about the service I was given, it's been over 3 weeks and they still haven't responded....Don't do business with this company. They will tell you anything to get a fee out of you, then all they do is send texts, I could have done that myself...They said they could recover my debt for me...but after 6 months told me because the people owing me money where gypsies I would never get my money back.... But they knew this from the start...I feel they have lied...and conned me...

After reading your reply...I'm still not happy, and would still tell people to stay well clear of you ..it's a total lie when you say it was made clear to me that the debt would be difficult to recover,... on the contrary....the initial call from a member of your staff, said it would be easy to recover because of the type of people they are!!! Why would I pay you money if I was told it
would be difficult to recover my debt...total lies on your behalf...it's why I'm asking you for a refund...you never gave me the service you promised at the start....and to end the process by asking me for more money to take it to court, and then say it would be impossible for you to recover the monies owed to me ...don't promise what you can't deliver...you should be investigated by trading standards...

We were owed money for months and had no luck chasing it up ourselves. Contacted AYOM and within a few weeks, we had the full amount recovered. Loved the customer portal too.😊

I was owed money from a client who kept dodging me. AYOM stepped in and sorted it all out. Loved the portal where I could see every action they took. It felt like they were on my side every step of the way. Definitely the best decision to get them involved.

This company has been holding our money for two years now. They have claimed back more than our debtor owes but refuse to release any of our funds, ignoring email after email.

The web team responded to my review within 2 hours, saying they would pass my comments to the relevant department, absolutely nothing further. I cannot stress enough DO NOT use this company. Will be chasing them via the Financial Ombudsman, hopefully, they can spur them into paying up.

I had a stubborn debtor who ignored all my calls. The team at AYOM were patient and persistent. They managed to recover the full amount within a couple of weeks. The customer service is just amazing.

shambolic company, you cannot speak to finance apparently they have no phone line! We have sent over 90 emails asking where our money is, AYOM have had our money since April, well over the 90 days they state they hold it for. What kind of company has no phone line for their finance department?

My business was struggling due to unpaid debts, and AYOM stepped in like a hero. Their team was super professional and kept me updated every step of the way through the online portal. Debts were recovered faster than expected, and it really helped keep us afloat. Would 100% use them again!

Had a great experience with AYOM. My account manager was so helpful and always available to answer my questions. The whole process was handled smoothly, and I got back without lifting a finger. They really took stress off my shoulder. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I've been waiting since may for my money as they told me to wait 90 days it has been over 1 months since the 90 days past and still no cheque in post like they have said when I call nobody can help tell me I have to email I have emailed them over 10 times with no reply they have my £1285 that the client paid them on first day after receiving the letter from ayom

So the so-called membership of CSA is just a lie, like many others from AYOM LTD. Step by step I m closer to you AYOM.

Terrible company and a sham customer service and complaints process. We have been trying to reclaim £1800 paid for debt recovery, However, less than 24 hours after paying the invoice we found out that the debtor had gone into liquidation. We were then promised a refund in April and still not received anything. You can't reach accounts or customer service and never get any replies to emails or requests for feedback. VERY disappointing and VERY unprofessional! However, very quick to take our money and done nothing to recover our 100k debt. I really wish I had done my homework first as it looks like we have been scammed and for a small business like ours, we can ill afford losses like this. Shame on you AYOM!

Update: We were hopeful when we received a reply and asked for our reference number. However, I'm not sure why I'm surprised but since the 23rd August, we have heard nothing. I am just frustrated and disappointed beyond words. I just need the money back so we can turn this negative experience around and be able to give a better response.

I engaged AYOM on Friday 27th and cancelled their service on the 03rd Aug after reading trust Pilot reviews about them keeping money once received,

I am still owed my debt but do not trust that AYOM would pay on time if recovered. I was sent a contract which I signed and then 2 hours later their Terms and Conditions. It was at this time I first saw the clause that they could withhold collected moneys for a MINIMUM of 60 days. Reading some of these reviews, it seems some people have waited up to 2 years.

I received an invoice for 150.00 for work completed up to the point of my cancellation which I thought was fair and reasonable. The following day I received an invoice for over £6000 for commission on money I have not received and can prove I have not received.

AYOM have obviously not asked the debtor for proof of payment. Had they done so, none would have been forthcoming.

I believe in fairness and abhor corporate bullying. Be careful with this company. My experience to date currently seems to reflect the poor treatment others have had on here.

As a Veteran with PTSD, this hassle was the last thing I needed after the last 6 months of trying to chase down significant money owed to me and has been unsettling on my Mental Health to the point that I called the Samaritan hotline for the first time in 6 months yesterday.

In fairness though, if AYOM do remain honourable, and stick to the original invoice, I will amend this accordingly with a more positive rating and not persue the case.
