We were looking for a property in bromsgrove and were struggling finding one suitable, we went to ardens to ask if they can find us one. The ladies in the bromsgrove branch were very welcoming and even made us coffee with ia biscuit. Within 2 weeks we had found a property made an offer and in the process of purchasing. I would highly recommend ardens, we'll done everyone and here's to a successful purchase.. Carl and Paula Jenkins.

Having dealt with Arden’s Estate Agents 9 years ago I can honestly say the service, communication and general support is still excellent. A few delays were dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner. We recently sold our house in Bromsgrove through Arden Estates and couldn't be happier with the service. Matt was brilliant from the initial valuation, giving us honest advice and a clear marketing plan, while Jayne kept everything moving smoothly during the sales progression with regular updates and excellent communication. Thanks to the team's hard work and expertise, our home sold for the full asking price, and the whole process was far less stressful than we expected. We chose Arden because of their reputation in the local area, and they certainly lived up to it. We'd highly recommend Arden Estates to anyone looking to sell a home in Bromsgrove.

Now that a week has passed since completion of the sale of 43, my siblings and I would like to thank you and the team at Arden, Crabbs Cross, for the enthusiastic marketing and subsequent sale of the property.
From your initial professional, polished presentation at our meeting on March 31st, the follow up phone call, and to completion on June 17th, your cheerful friendly staff have kept us informed of developments at all times, and they have been a pleasure to deal with.
When our mother went into care at the beginning of the year it was important for us to complete the sale of her house as speedily as possible.

Fantastic communication from beginning to end, really professional and friendly. Amy Woolaston in particular was fab. We had a real struggle in our chain towards the end, especially with solicitors, and it felt as though our agents were the only ones genuinely fighting our corner and getting things done. As a conveyancer I deal with a LOT of estate agents - some of them are great, some not so much. Leanne Fletcher at Arden is definitely one of the first sort. It's been a pleasure dealing with her recently on a transaction that ended up being rather more complicated than it needed to, she was very proactive and helpful throughout and managed the chain with aplomb.
