This is not a review of Brad’s products (I’m a OG follower of his, and I've been so excited to try his products since he first teased them in a video way back when, but heartbreakingly, they don’t sell them here, nor do we have Amazon...), but a review of his customer service.

I have contacted XMONDO’s customer service three times now with questions, and I’m simply amazed—putting it lightly—by not only the quality of the replies, but also the sheer speed at which they respond. I sent them an email yesterday with a question about a product and, I kid you not, they replied three minutes later. Like… how??

And the reply wasn’t short either—they even included extra advice on how to use the product. While that part may have been copy-paste, the response time is still wild, and they are always kind and actually seem eager to help. Their customer service truly sets the bar high for others. Truly awesome!

Beware ! I recently ordered five products from XMondo and when it arrived there were only two in the box. I immediately contacted the company who then “investigated” only to come back and say that the package weighed over 60 ounces so it was in the box. They would not send my missing items or give me a refund in turn stealing $80 from me and basically calling me a liar. Horrible customer service. No purchase order form in box and no itemized list in box. Beware!!

Xmondo hair has amazing hair products and hair colors! I've purchased quite a few different products and colors, and I love them all. Everything smells the same, which I LOVE because that scent is one of the best I've ever smelled in my life. I want to smell like that all the time.
