The delivery time was 2 to 3 days but goods did arrived after 9 days
and delivery charge of £9.70 is excessive for late delivery

BIG SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COST
Bought a basin and a cabinet from them and decide to return it because its too big. They came back to me and say they are all smashed by the courier company which is a big lie. They took almost £500 from me. PLEASE AVOID THEM.

Very good service
Very good service. The low pressure tap I wanted was a very good competitive price and the delivery charges were very clearly set out in the same page of the excellent web site - I do like clarity like this. The email acknowledgments were good and clear along with the expected delivery date. Everything happened as advised again with good communication that despatch had taken place via the DHL parcel hub and next day delivery by Hermes. Many thanks.

Awful from the minute i ordered
Awful from the minute i ordered - Was firstly charged £60 for shipping when the website said £29.95. I phoned to question and they said it was because of my postcode - I live in Cornwall not the Outer Hebrides!! At no point on their site does it say anything about extra charges for living in the South West.
Secondly, delivery was stated as 7 days - When I questioned the guy he told me it would be over a month because it's not in stock despite the site saying it was available in that time period.
Now fighting for a refund through Paypal because Aqva say they don't have a record of my payment or the details to refund to despite giving them full delivery address, phone and email.
This rings of a scam - I'm just glad I paid through paypal so at least I'll get my money back sometime in the next 6 months.

We understand that you have been disappointed with the service that you have received with ourselves and our apologies are to you.
Firstly, the delivery charge is in accordance with our terms and conditions and we regret that your postcode falls where the shipping charges are higher.
As you may be aware that the item that you had purchased was a fragile item which needs to be transported on a Pallet on a Heavy Goods Vehicle. The cost of HGV trucks has gone up which we have had to pass onto yourself.
The order had been placed by you on 9th November and a refund was processed onto your account on 11th after we had received your cancellation request.
Very smart
Came in good time, well packaged. Looks really sleek and smart, very pleased.

Ordered a toilet seat which…
Ordered a toilet seat which unfortunately was poorly packaged and arrived damaged. AQVA arranged item collection and confirmed that they can't send replacement until original order arrives back. Original order arrived in their warehouse more than a week ago and new toilet seat hasn't been sent out to us yet. Avoid if at all possible and take your business elsewhere.
Reviewed to 3 stars once it has been sorted. Aqva need to work on communicaton with their customers.

I wish I could give zero stars,
Waited 18 days for a replacement shower tray, they said one would be dispatched within 2 working days, as you can imagine I now have a larger than expected bill from my bathroom fitters and a bathroom I have been unable to finish, I asked to speak to a manager - the ladies name is Humaira - I was told she would call me back, 3 phone calls and 8 emails later and still no response, terrible after service, I certainly wouldn't recommend Aqva to any of my friends or family and I would never use them again.
Still no sign of the replacement shower tray......
