Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Ordered a shower enclosure for a customer, three weeks later still no communiction following two chases. Finaly spoke to someone who advised "he'd contact the supplier and respond in 1 hour". 5 mins later email received advising that the line had been discontinued and they would refund me. What a waste of time, very popor service, Stay clear
Appalling service
This company was actively selling a discontinued line (not advertised as such) on their website. On 28th October. Took my money, charged an enormous amount for carriage to North Scotland. Today 1st December after my call(there have been several) they inform me that the product has been discontinued. Terribly sorry will make a refund. Not good enough. No EXCUSE, Appalling service. And I STILL HAVE NO SHOWER ENCLOSURE.

I placed an online order for a number of items items, only to receive an email a few days later that the manufacturer had discontinued two products. A second email followed saying the order was being refunded.
I asked for more information and Muzammil was helpful, detailing which items they had received from another supplier and what they were still waiting on. Muzammi kept in contact, updating me on progress, and then arranged for the needed items to be sent out in time for the plumber that was booked.

£110 delivery?
Ordered a £70 basin. £34 delivery. Then 2 days later an email asking for another £66 delivery. £110 delivery??? It's UK delivery BTW. And even if it was £110, why have a website that calculates the postage if it's incorrect? The email just demanded another £66. No apology, and actually no description of how to pay it. I called. 15mins on the phone, they didn't answer. So I emailed back and said no, and to cancel my order. I only looked at reviews of this company AFTER ordering. More fool me ey. Luckily I ordered with credit card, so if there's any funny business, my credit card company will just claw it back. Shambolic.

Called to check a shower unit was in stock and when the delivery date would be. They confirmed it was available and a date it could be delivered. The date came, no delivery, I called to chase and they said it was discontinued. No contact, no warning, offered refund.

Was planning to order 2k worth off goods for bathroom, but after reading reviews, I have changed my mind. Thank you people for spending time and warning others about poor service.
Excellent service
I appreciate the reviews posted but my experience with Aqva Bathrooms was exceptional. My pre ordered bath from Wickes arrived damaged and the replacement time meant an inconvenience to us and our plumber. I placed an order with Aqva and paid a small premium to have a new bath delivered the next day. They delivered a bath in perfect condition and our plumber could proceed with our fit. A big thanks to Aqva bathrooms and I would not hesitate to place any future orders.
Avoid ordering from this company
Avoid ordering from this company . Couple of bathroom furniture Items I ordered arrived damaged . I emailed them the pictures of damaged items but they wouldn't refund. I have to mention the items were not cheap . Disgraceful.
Therefore I have a new bathroom with chipped furniture . Nice!!!
Avoid at all costs
Echoing what others have said, please avoid. They took money for a shower screen they didn't have stock of, they didn't contact me to confirm they had no stock - I had to call them. I then requested a refund and it has been 1 week with no refund.

We won't be ordering from this company again. Make sure you get everything in writing as they forget about conversations when it suits them.
I ordered a HIB illuminated bathroom…
I ordered a HIB illuminated bathroom mirror then saw and read the negative reviews of this company of which there are many, which led me to be worried about my order. However it appeared that worry was misplaced as it was a nice smooth transaction, they kept me up to date with the order by email it was delivered in the time slot that they gave me, I opened the package as soon as it was delivered, it was brand new I plugged it into the mains to test the led's, worked perfectly. So thank you very much AQVA I am a very happy customer.
Dreadful service
Please do not order anything from this company. The afterservice is incredibly poor. We bought a kitchen mixer tap and the handle snapped after only 6 months of use. For the past 3 months we have been in e mails back and forth to replace the tap which has a 10 year warranty.
A phone call today confirmed that they were still trying to contact the manufacturer and were not willing to replace the tap (with any other kind of alternative) as it was out of stock. They will only send a replacement when they are able to collect the faulty one (which is connected to my kitchen sink and needs a plumber to remove - no chance of them paying for this).
Asked to speak to the manager who is conveniently in the warehouse today.

No stock but took money
Placed an order. A week later no form of communication. Called to chase to be told would look into it. Finally got an email stating item was out of stock and was expecting it a month later.
Advertising stock they do not have and taken funds. Have asked for refund and reordered elsewhere.
They think it’s acceptable to deliver at 4 in the morning! What more do you need to know?
No problems with the shower screen, however their delivery is laughable! They first missed the original delivery because the van broke down, they then booked it in to be delivered between 5am and 6am, yes in the morning!!! I said no way, they asked if my neighbour could take it in?!?! Really?
Day after they text me at 3.30 in the morning to say it would be delivered in the next 45 minutes. So it actually arrived at 4.10 in the morning! Never before have I dealt with a company that thinks this is acceptable. I didn’t get the text, as my phone is on silent, we thought someone was trying the steal the cars, as the dog woke us to alert us to the fact someone was on the driveway with a torch in the middle of he night, not really very safety conscious for the delivery driver.
The delivery service was from their linked company QSSupplies, so read those reviews too ;)

Item ordered on 17 July. Informed that it is discontinued (it isn’t), money taken and still not returned as of today - 3 August.
avoid this shop
avoid. I should have read reviews before. you just wasting your time and nerves. nothing is on stock but they take your money... delivery can take months if not cancelled afterwards. after I paid, I got several messages informing items are not on stock and take more than 2 months for delivery
Appalling service
Ordered a croydex mirror and have been chasing its wherabouts for 2 weeks. I've made 4 calls , been put on long holds only to be told they can't trace its whereabouts. I was told 3 times they would call me back but didn't and in the last 2 calls was advised that is has been mislaid in the warehouse and given no assurances as to when I'll receive it. Appalling service.
