A great job from start to finish. Spoke to nice people, received a good quote for the job, arranged a time quite quickly and a first class plumber arrived and did the job.

We had our boiler replaced together with installation of a filter and replacement of two radiators. The visit ahead of quoting was done professionally and knowledgeably, helping us to establish exactly what we wanted. The quote was very reasonable and the work was done soon after placing the order. The office staff responded quickly to any queries we had throughout the process. The engineers who carried out the work were excellent, listening to and dealing with our questions and requests and carrying the work out efficiently and in a highly professional way. They also cleaned up afterwards. The boiler manufacturer's 10-year guarantee was slow to come, but it did arrive. All round, an excellent experience.

From start to finish all the staff were polite friendly and professional. Engineer Paul was very good, left the area spotless after installation and removed the old boiler. Job well done.

My boiler was installed with minimum fuss and disturbance and I am very happy with the outcome.

They kept me updated on the arrival time the fitters were polite and kept us informed at all stages of the installation. They tidied up when the job was finished and I was pleased to see that they had left no mess they even hoovered the carpet before leaving.

Easy to arrange for a quote, a bit of a mix up at the start but it worked out really well, pleased with my new radiator & taps, Matt was tidy and quiet, got on with the job, very professional, cleaned up before he left. Checked everything before he went as well ..
