Scammers
Aqua Filters are scammers. They took my money £40.50, delivered nothing and then offered a partial refund of £10.00. Do not send your money to them.

Refund by Credit Card company best…
Refund by Credit Card company best option? (Provided you have the evidence of your failed dealing). Filter took 1 week to arrive from despatch. Fitting was different to picture on website and our Samsung original so I messaged Aquafilters.com - no reply after 3 days so I obtained a telephone number from my credit card bill - this was answered by a different water company who knew nothing of Aquafilters.com and did not supply fridge filters?!? At that stage I checked Trustpilot reviews and I realised that my experience was with the majority.

Unfulfilled order…
Back on May12 I ordered 3 x Samsung Genuine Fridge Filters at £17.99 each (DA29- 00003F). Within a week only one filter had turned up and since then I have been emailing (over 9 times) and had had assaurances from 3 different people that I am owed the remaining 2 filters and that they will be sent. It is now July 2 and still no filters have arrived. Don't touch this company or you will lose money as I have done. (they took £53.97 on the 12 May and as I am still owed 2 filters there is still £35.98 that I am owed if they cannot fulfill my order.) You have been warned.
