Sent me the four filters I ordered but they don’t fit my fridge despite the serial numbers etc matching exactly. I have sent five emails but no response. Avoid using. I’ll be contacting trading standards.

One filter was faulty in the plastic moulding. I emailed them several times no reply having been a returning customer. Never use or buy from this company they don’t respond or provide any customer service.

ordered a water filter for Bosch fridge/freezer. Arrived promptly but it did not fit. I asked to return it - they sent a label - but NO REFUND arrived.
Chased refund by email several times - no response. Tried telephoning, diverted to voicemail - no return call.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

This company is a scam. Ordered a Samsung filter, after a week with no comms regarding dispatch I asked for an update. Emailed received stating they were processing the order and would let me know when dispatched. Two weeks, still nothing. Asked for dispatch date or refund. Nothing! Now awaiting credit card company to refund my payment. Now over three weeks and still nothing. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I ordered 2 Maytag original filters and I got 2 “compatible” ones instead.
When i tried to return them, the customer service didn’t even reply, in spite of multiple chasers.
Avoid this!

AVOID, FAKE GOODS. Companies House gives the director of AQUA FILTERS LTD as Savvas Loizou at the Tewin Court, Welwyn Garden City address. The filters which arrived were completely unmarked, with no sales packaging or any information. This is not legal for a food grade product. Queried this by email and ‘Lucy’ emailed a returns label within minutes. I posted the filters back as per their returns policy but since then no further response to emails and no refund. That’s more than a month ago. Like everyone else here, I should have read the reviews before ordering.

if zero was an option they would be getting zero...scam company. don't send orders out. don't refund returned items. don't answer emails. DONT USE

I purchased 2 water filters for my Samsung fridge and paid £90, a little cheaper than buying directly from Samsung. The filters arrived after a couple of weeks and although they looked identical to the original filter with all the right markings, none of them fit my fridge snuggly. I then noticed that the new filters did not have Samsung verfication strips, as the original ones do. I contacted Aquafilters by email and asked for a refund and they immediately came back with a freepost address label addressed to:

I posted the filters back and have since, 2 months later, heard nothing or recieved a refund. I have tried following up via email on numerous occasions with zero response. I have checked the freepost address and the name of the return company at companies house and they do not exist at this address.

I can only conclude they are a con - do not buy anything from them. I wish I had looked at trustpilot reviews before ordering!

I placed my order on 2/2/24. I was told I would receive notification of delivery shortly. After a week, I sent an email enquiring where was my order. I got no reply so I sent an email cancelling my order, and placed an order with a competitor. This was sent and received next day.
Amex credited my account which had been debited by Aquafilters. Yesterday I was advised my order was being delivered and today it arrived. That service is absolutely unbelievable. I was offered 1 to 5 stars as my impression of service, but I should have been offered 0 stars which is how I feel is applicable.

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID

I look after the maintenance at my local village hall and ordered a filter for the hot water urn. Using my own money. The money was taken and the order confirmed.

Two follow up emails and one month later, no responses and no filters.

Company is a Poland-based SCAM. Avoid. I wish I’d looked at Trustpilot before the purchase.

i ordered a filter from this company on 17/1/2024 and despite emailing them to find out why i had not recieved the filter dspite the taking the money i`ve had no reply and they cannot be contacted by phone so can only assume company is a scam and I would avoid

Ordered, immediate payment taken and nothing arrived. Numerous emails sent to them, no replies. No phone number to call them. Avoid.

Ordered a MIELE fridge filter. Paid the ££. Nothing so far. No response. I should have realised when no automatic email came in after order...avoid..

Ordered 2 Samsung filters which never arrived despite chasing. Eventually got a refund via Amex at which stage the company provided "proof of delivery". After this I almost gave up but on looking at the delivery GPS coordinates it was hundreds of miles from my house so I informed Amex. Then received the product after 7 weeks which would be fine but having purchased filters from Samsung in the meantime it is obvious the product itself is fake. Now requesting a refund - wish me luck !

This company is fraudulent. The product never arrived. I emailed and received a notice that they had to return a batch of the product in question to Samsung due to a fault. I have never heard anything from them again.

I am now disputing the payment via my bank.

Do not use

Wrong filter delivered. Returned to them and now nothing. No reply to emails.

Waste of time Trustpilot send them an email. They obviously do not receive them.
Recommend not to use this company

I wished I could put -10 and that I
had looked at this site before ordering. When ordering on 11th December everything appeared to go well and I received confirmation after that I didn't receive email about the delivery. I'm still waiting and emailedthem several times without any response. This company is a total joke and appears to have scant regards for their customers. It seems they don't respond to any these comments and Trading Standards should look into them trading in the fputure.

They never respond to emails. I have tried to cancel an order and stop them sending a repeat subscription but no reply. Do not trust this company.

Ordered 2 new Samsung water filters. One of them was missing part of the locking plastic connection and would not connect to me Fridge.
No reply to my emails now for a week despite chasing them. Poor service and avoid this company as they have zero customer service.
