DO NOT USE! If I could give this firm 0 stars I would!

We ordered a £400 shower enclosure, express delivery. Waited over a week (supposed to be next day delivery), was told it had come in and that it was damaged (no comms to inform). Kept chasing, two weeks later, couldn’t get hold of anyone despite calls and emails. The item NEVER arrived and I had to take up with our bank who thankfully covered us.

Unfortunately we didn’t even think to look at reviews before buying. We soon realised that a lot of people were having the same issue! Interesting that all the recent reviews are so positive all of a sudden.....

Make sure they confirm the agreed price they are taking payment for before giving card details over the phone. We were caught out and have paid more than we were expecting to . Through much emailing and time spent on phone to customer services they stood by the amount taken and will not refund the difference..

Products arrived on time, knowledgeable and friendly staff would go the extra mile. Excellent service would highly recommend to anybodY

DO NOT USE AQUABLISS!
I ordered a double basin unit, this arrived damaged on 3 corners. Upon phoning the company to arrange a refund/return they refused.
Now I have to pay an additional £38 ontop of the £385 I paid for the basin as the sink had to be shipped in from another company so I somehow have incurred these costs!?
After ignoring the ridiculous proposal, I have had debt collectors phoning me!

The good reviews on here are lies!

I initially contacted Aquabliss back in September 2019, when I found the walk-in shower enclosure, size and style I was looking for and I received prompt responses and answers to my initial enquiry emails from James. Having received the confirmation and answers I was looking for I then placed an order through their web site, which was very straightforward. I then received confirmation emails to confirm payment had been taken and the order had been successful. I was then advised via email that the order had been dispatched to the pallet company for delivery and that they would be in contact to arrange a delivery time, which they did and a delivery date was agreed. I asked if I could be contacted half an hour before the delivery was due to arrive, as they were unable to give me an exact time. I received a phone call this morning to say they were 15mins away and they then turned up as arranged and dropped off the pallet with the correct items, which were all well packaged and undamaged.
I contacted James later this afternoon to confirm the delivery had arrived and to advise him that I was delighted with the total service I had received. I had been slightly worried after I had placed the order, after I had read a lot of bad reviews, but these worries were unfounded and I can confirm that I would have no hesitation using this company again. Just goes to show you shouldn’t believe everything you read!

On going issues from April that are still unresolved- they failed to deliver all the parts ordered. They claim delivery within 7 days- it took 6 weeks for only half the order to arrive. I was offered compensation (not a refund) but this never happened. One part was wrong so I sent this back but never received a refund or replacement part.They are now refusing to deal with me.Extremely poor communication and near impossible to get an answer out of. Please avoid.

used the firm before for same product. have recommended it to everyone we know. super fast efficient service. give it a try!

Fast and very helpful kept hold of my bathroom while I got work done and deliver it to me when I wanted lovely bathroom suite. Helpful staff when calling and emailing them and fix things fast if any problems

I ordered a shower tray that never arrived. I was told this was due to an issue with the courier and that the delivery would arrive the next day. It did not arrive! I was then promised the next day between 3 pm and 5 pm, again it did not arrive. At that point I checked the reviews and realised the shower tray was never going to arrive. I contacted Aquabliss to cancel my order and was told I would receive a refund within 5 working days - I did not receive the refund. I chased the refund and was told someone would get back to me - they didn't! Luckily I had paid using my credit card, one phone call to the bank and the funds were returned to my card. Do not order from this company.

So far so good. Ordered bathroom furniture 3 months ago and all arrived on the day requested. Looks really good and excellent value

I have no idea how this company is still trading. They must now owe thousands in unpaid refunds or undelivered goods, yet their website is still live. We are still owed money at this point. Absolute cowboys - avoid!

Ordered 2 taps, a basin mixer and bath mixer to match to replace my old ones, plumber has fitted today and look so good, the quality is amazing and the price I paid was a bargain. Delivery was fast and efficient. Thank you

Had my gorgeous bathroom fitted which I purchased over a year ago from aquabliss, we recently had a problem with the shower valve as the water was either really cold or really hot, aquabliss were really good they asked me to send a pic and they sent a replacement within 3 days we now have a fully working shower again, really good customer service

Ordered and received a full bathroom from aquabliss about 2 month ago just got round to fitting it now and looks absolutely amazing, really high quality products and at a snip of the price you would pay from a high street retailer. Over the mood with my bathroom would recommend to anyone

Bought shower door and bathroom vanity unit a few months ago from aquabliss web site. Goods arrived on time and in perfect conditions
Local plumber fitted and everything was installed perfectly. All still good and bathroom looks great

Do not use this company. After ordering and paying for a vanity unit, there was no communication about delivery. I was told my item was damaged and couldn’t be delivered. Aquabliss would reorder...still no communication. Contacting them again, Aquabliss said my order was damaged again. They would re-order. Stopping them there, I asked for a refund...continually for 10 days. They then referred me to my bank for a refund. Do not use them under any circumstances and I would not believe any good reviews posted here. This was certainly a painful experience.

I ordered a basin and pedestal and waited two weeks without any sign of them. After attempting to contact the company via telephone to no avail due to their system being down, a message told customers to use the live chat on their website. When I did eventually get to speak to someone I was told my order was damaged in transit and it was now out of stock. I requested a full refund and was told I would receive it within 5 working days. Needless to say the refund never arrived either. I contacted them yet again asking where my refund was and was told they had had problems, they were holding all payments and if I wanted my money back I had to go through my bank. Luckily I had paid using PayPal and was able to get my money back through them. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy company. Avoid at all costs.

Order was never delivered. After corresponding emails and live chat, we were told that their funds are being held for 90 days and they have CEASED TRADING and advised us to seek the payment to be reversed by our bank and that Aquabliss would authorise it (we shall see if that is true once we have spoken to our bank). However, their website is still active! So definitely DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
