Avoid this companies smart video doorbell G4, overly complicated with QR card stuck in the worst place to deal with and adding people is like writing a programme to another world and it doesn’t connect to the Apple systems as they state, might as well have thrown the money off my local pier as it’s then valueless

U200 Smart lock
Price accessible, valid products with good function more than other expensive brands.
Since they support MATTER over Thread, a hub is no longer needed for many products. Bought smart lock U200, works well with HomeKit and without hub!!!

SAV peu réactif
J’ai acheté leur Sonnette Connectée Aqara qui sur le papier était intéressante et à un prix attractif.
Au bout d’un mois et demi, elle tombe en panne. Non seulement elle n’est plus connectée mais elle ne sonne plus !
Des problèmes, cela arrive mais le support est inexistant !
Je leur ai envoyé de nombreux messages demandant soit une résolution, soit un remboursement. J’ai par moments des réponses vagues, à raison d’un message mail tous les 15 jours (quelle réactivité !).
Il a fallu attendre plusieurs mois avant que je n’obtienne un remplacement
Le produit non défectueux est en revanche appréciable. Il faut que la sonnette soit propre du wifi

Velfungerende produkter.
Jeg synes at det er velfungerende produkter. Har både lamper, pærer, kontakter, og sensorer. Jeg ville dog ønske at flere af deres produkter var mere lettilgængelige for det europæiske marked.

This company is the worst to purchase…
This company is the worst to purchase from. Trust me avoid them and their products at all costs to save yourself heartache.
They sold me a faulty hub and its in Chinese ( that's both the audio cues on the device and manual).
You would think they would care about the reputation of their products and pull back faulty ones quickly but they just don't care .
Worst seller as all they care about is your money.
