Still having a lot of issues with ants…and scheduling

Still having a lot of issues with ants in my front yard. My appointments keep getting cancelled and I have to reschedule every time.

Great company, great employees

The employees that work for this company are always punctual, very knowledgeable, they answer all my questions. They're very nice. They do a good job they check everything. Then they treat everything and they ask me if there's anything else that I need done. I highly recommended them to a couple of my friends

Chris called before he came to the house. He seemed to spray everywhere inside and out. He helped me with the payment. He was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Chris.

Batter Up!

I would give 3.5 if available. We have been a customer for many years, always been reliable in the past. We make appointments and they either show at the last minute or cancel and force a reschedule. We have been having an ant problem , they are on their 3rd and last attempt at curing the problem, Batter up!

Once again looks like nothing was done

Once again looks like nothing was done, cobwebs all over the lanai screens no videos of anyone being around the house. You should give a window when you’re gonna approach they said 8 o’clock it was 3 o’clock when I had to leave and the guy just showed up. I needed the inside of the house so far your service has been poor very poor communications and it seems like your technicians really don’t have much of what’s going on. I wouldn’t recommend your service 21. You just have a wheeler dealer salesman who tries to sell the most best product in the market, which is not true

The service provided did not match what they said they did. Customer service did reschedule a return visit when I called to complain. Hopefully I will not need to babysit the next service appt.

Texts and phone calls went unanswered

Texts and phone calls went unanswered. Second spraying came after 107 days as opposed to quarterly (90 days). 107 is close to three times a year.
Receipt shows 24 minutes but technician was recorded for 6 minutes total time. All of this is properly documented. Will provide documents in case of any doubts.

This was a redo

This was a redo, it was sprinkling so he didn't spray he said. He said he couldn't see any problem areas so he sprinkled something. He came 2-3 hours early so I wasn't home. The scheduler told me something totally different than what was on the work order. I really don't know if he did anything. They used to put a marker in the yard letting you know they sprayed, either of them did that
