Poor communication rip off

Poor communication. Every month they tried to squeeze in more trips so they could charge me more. They never could get the schedule right it was always off. I only had certain days when I could have them come out and they rarely got it right when I canceled. They charged me an extra 250 bucks places a rip off.

***Will never use this service again***

Out of the whole year Ive had this service, I've only had 3 really good techs. I had one that was doing my front yard. He went to my backyard, looked over the fence, and was walking away until I caught him. I said you're not going to do the backyard? Then I watched him spray the yard. They had charged my account, and my bank reversed the charge because they did not provide the service, as I sent an email to the bank showing the text that I texted the tech not to come. I hated doing business with this company and will never do so again.

Long read but buyer beware

Long read but buyer beware!

First off we live in Florida where bugs, ants, mosquitos and more swamp-land critters live and thrive so pest control down here is a must!

We were promised they would take care of the ants, small critters, mosquitos, and other bugs but to "give it time to work". They placed mosquito pods "up" (I say up, but really they just put them on the ground in the back yard and didnt bother hanging them up like they said they were going to do) and never came back out to re-service those like we were told they would do...

Well after a year and 10 months we have more ants than ever on my property, mosquitos are still VERY prevalent, as well as all the other bugs and critters.

After complaining to them about the massive amounts of mosquitos and red anys on the property, they said they will come out and do extra sprays on the lawn to help take care of the problem....

Well they NEVER showed up to those appointments, nor did they show up to the regular scheduled appointments that we are PAYING FOR! They never called to apologize or reschedule.... Just no call, no show...

After calling again they told me that if we do end up canceling our service, due to their contract, we would be paying around $500 cancelation fee!

Save your money, save your time, save your frustrations and go with another, better company that will actually show up and do as promised.

As usual a business ruins everything for their employees and customers.

The service technicians and customer service representatives are great! The company itself is shit! Their policies and broken systems make their employees jobs and lives harder than they need to be on a daily basis. They want to force their customers into all day service windows from 8am until 8pm if they make an appointment. They send out surveys for treatments and tie the specific treatment for a day and that technician’s performance into whether the customer will renew their contract with the company which is wrong. I can go on and on.

It took over 2 weeks and 4 scheduled…

It took over 2 weeks and 4 scheduled appointments (that were canceled or marked completed by the company) for the company to come out regarding a termite issue. TERMITES. I had to call each time to find out why the tech didn't show up, not the company calling me! Also, I have been paying for termites coverage for over a year, they said they have one person that was being trained during my request....so what have I been paying for?

This time treatment is not satisfied

This time the gentleman who came for the treatment didn’t clean the web spider in the lanai from inside and didn’t enter the lanai to spray it. I was in the house and didn’t realise that he came at all.
