Mice
Our tech, Renee, listened very carefully and asked knowledgeable questions about our ongoing problem with mice and now rats inside our home. She worked closely wit us to create a plan for final elimination. She spent quite a bit of time surveying the capture boxes outside the house and doublechecking possible entry points that had been covered with metal mesh by our building contractor. After her visit we feel much more confident we are close to a solution.

We found Aptive, or they found us by knocking on our door to introduce themselves. We gave them a try and have been very satisfied with their service. Just in case they miss something, they are quick to respond, always polite and never miss an appointment.

Minimal work done; poor communication.
Rep was here for a very short time. I asked him to stop in and tell me what he found when he was done with the work. He said "no" he would send a text and photos. Other techs always stopped to review with me what work was done.

All staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
We have been using Aptive for several years now and their treatments have worked very well, better than other companies in the past. We live in a heavily wooded area and our pests are well controlled and not in our house.

Ignored my problem, now I have a huge problem.
I started having a small mouse problem, told them about it, and they did nothing. Then it got bigger, so they came back out, but did nothing. Then it got out of control, I had to handle it myself, and now have to clean the mess myself. They were useless.

Well i did not like the fact that i was…
Well i did not like the fact that i was told numerous time that i was on a auto schedule for every 3 months, but so far i have had to call and set up each appointment since the first time. Also that when the last schedule time came up no one showed and i had to call and find out they cancelled the service due to no know was avalible which is fine but i was not informed and no other appointment was scheduled untell i called and made it
