Number of services
Number of services
Contract is for four services - however they keep trying to fit in more than four per year and charge extra for the 1 to 2 additional.
Two years of having to reach out and cancel the extra and they still keep trying to slip extra ones in.
I have reached out to the corporate number, and they confirmed it was only contracted for four per year.
They have hopefully shutdown any extra ones this year - ie: I have had all four done this year already with almost 5 months remaining in the year.
The tech is excellent; however, the company's business practices are a bit shady.
Still waiting for their service manager, Edward Rising, to reach back out about the problem.
Not holding my breath at this point.
This is very much a case of the old adage - buyer beware.
Not recommended unless you want to have to watch how many extra charges they try and slip in.

Scheduling is a serious problem
Scheduling is a serious problem. They just show with 30 mins notice at best. Will be cancelling as it is a recurrent problem.

The professionals always ask prior to the visit if I have any concerns, they are conscientious of keeping our home clean by putting on booties before entering the home and do a great job educating us about pest control.

Aptive is reliable and very good at communication, from reminders of appointments to pictures of work that is done while on our property. During our last treatment, our technician Alphonso, spotted a huge hornet nest at the peak of our house. He brought it to our attention and stayed until it was safely removed, He was also very concerned about our grandson being outside while he took care of it.
