I had a mouse infestation
I had a mouse infestation. Aptive came out the next day. The technician made several suggestions about the best way to deal with this. Ultimately we came up with a plan that included inside and outside solutions. I upgraded to a higher level of service that included more frequent visits and technicians checking on the efficacy of the plan. The only thing I had a problem with is that I was receiving updates from the office about the time the tech would be here. At the same time I was receiving conflicting messages from a chatbot. It was very confusing.

We are extremely dissatisfied with this company. We had a young kid come out to sign us up and of course I said no and the other party said yes. Everything he said was not included in our contract. I canceled my termite protection with a company I had for 5 years to go to this garbage. The tech that came by was wonderful. However we aren't getting our termite protection because this young boy lied to us. We have text messages with him saying they will waive our cancelation fee but I am sure we will get screwed there too. Clearly this company has scam artist working for them.

Love the techs that send the pictures of the different aspects of the job as they do it. There very thorough in there applications and cleanliness. I had a mouse issue where I was catching 10 or so mice in the house each year, and Aptive solved the problem with exterior bait boxes. It worked very well. No mice!! Not even one!

John was very considerate and thorough.
John had great communications with us and seemed to be very thorough. He sent many pictures. My only concern is that it was pouring rain when John treated the house - foundation with powder. He reassured us that rain is not an issue.

Aptive Pest Control Tech, Joe from Phil region, was timely, personable, knowledgeable and especially thorough in attending to all desired treatment & preventative service applications. He made a point of explaining the applications & noting that certain preventive measures, as perimeter rodent boxes, were being effective. We appreciated his care during applications & the info he shared. Hopefully Joe will again be the Tech adaptive sends for future apps.
