Over a year and no major issues
The only thing that I don’t like is that it’s SO DIFFICULT to get someone on the phone. Their AI answering service is awful.
Reason: I had to call to reschedule a second non-contractual visit due to the the tech not texting me when they got here. Since they didn’t text me, they didn’t service my back yard. It took me a good half hour to finally get on the line with someone, also due to my frustration with their AI answering service.

The service was hours later than…
The service was hours later than expected. So that was frustrating as there was also no communication for this unexpected delay. Once technician got here, service was good.

They come when they say they will be there, & quietly do their work. I like that they added the option for mosquito traps, which should allow a more pleasant stay in my backyard.

I appreciated the communication from your applicator (Rudy); it was excellent. Rudy texted me separated prior to and upon his arrival and asked for my input regarding any pest problems or issues that I may have noticed, which he could pay special attention to.

Thorough and thoughtful.
A trainer and technician arrived about 7:40, and were very thorough. They were thoughtful in their work. They swept eves, moved chairs around patio table to spray, moved my dog’s water bowl so wouldn’t get sprayed. They worked quickly and quietly. I feel the job was really well done.

Mosquitoes
I know I should have said something sooner, but things have been busy. I signed up for you to take care of the insects, but I am not happy.
A pest control person comes out and sprays, cleans and leave 2 containers to take care of the insects but I still get bit by mosquitoes. The day after the last visit at 8am I was outside and was bitten really bad. I am tired of having to put on bug spray just to go outside for a couple of minutes.

At Aptive, our goal is to make your outdoor space comfortable so you don’t have to think twice about stepping outside, and it sounds like we haven’t gotten that fully handled yet. Mosquito control can sometimes take a few treatments to really break the cycle, but that doesn’t mean you should be left dealing with bites in the meantime.
