Dolan took care of what was needed after previous appt was cancelled. Previous driver did not come to the door. He saw me in the yard and my dog in the back yard. Cancelled appointment and drove off without inquiring. So I was inconvenienced and had to re-schedule with customer service.

I give Aptive, the company, a 3 star rating bc I’m not sure that it is very effective for the amount of money I am paying. I still have bugs inside and around my house. But with that being said the last girl that serviced my house on March 4 was awesome! I think her name was Stephanie. I give her 5 stars. I want her to always service my house. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I liked her a lot.
