The tech you get makes all the difference
The tech I had this last application was JC. He explained a lot of things about the procedures per level of service. Another tech I had told me I wasn't entitled to the perimeter application of granules but it seems I am. So there were a few applications where I didn't get what I paid for

Very standard services
Very standard services, presented as being above average. I was promised that all the cobwebs would be removed from my soffits. This did not happen. I was sent a report with 20 photos of the service man applying his toxins around my property. time being better spent doing a good job.
I hired them because we have an ant problem outside in the sitting area. After many applications and about five months, I think they got this accomplished.,

I'm usually home when they come however…
I'm usually home when they come however ... The service person sent me a detailed text informing me of everything they did. I really appreciated that in addition I have hade other service persons send me pictures as well as texts describing the job done. We also have an extremely low incidence of pests both inside our home.

Great Service on Long Island-Robert
Robert did a great job on contacting us before treatment started and when it ended. He sent numerous pictures of the treated areas while applying. He was very professional and we appreciate his effort.

Still have Ants
Still have Ants. I tyried getting an appt after they canceled it and noyjind I wanted was available. And i still think I was told itwas 65 dollars a treatment and i was tricked because I;m an 82 year old man who has Macular Degeneration in both eyes and was rushed thru signing on a compr\eter I couldn't read. the one time I had a guy in house I had to wipe up spray under my refrigerator in Basement. Is that enough.

New LI Customer Summer 2025
Although new to Aptive the treatment for ants and mosquitoes initially has been okay but seems after a couple weeks time mosquitoes, flys, crickets return. Also would recommend to keep treatment sprayed off of windows and doors as this only creates additional work for the homeowner.
