My Aptive service was conducted by Robert. He texted me prior, during, and after the service to make sure I was aware of his timeline, if I had specific requests, and to send me photos of the areas treated. He was professional and efficient.

Great service
The technician that came out yesterday was great. He spent more time than technicians normally spend and took more care to put spray in places that aren't normally covered. I feel like this will help ensure no pests will make it into the house

They give notice when they are coming
They give notice when they are coming. They are willing to change dates and times if necessary. They listen to what you need performed when they come. Associates who come to spray are friendly and courteous. They have plans to chose from as well. I recommend them.

The tech you get makes all the difference
The tech I had this last application was JC. He explained a lot of things about the procedures per level of service. Another tech I had told me I wasn't entitled to the perimeter application of granules but it seems I am. So there were a few applications where I didn't get what I paid for
