Yellow Jackets

Did not kill the pests or slow them down. 2 trips so far and still have yellow jackets. Tech tells me I need to wait until evening or early in the morning and seal the hole. The pests are less active at this time of day. I thought I paid Aptive so I would not chance getting stung.

I had an appointment at 1 pm

I had an appointment at 1 pm. The tech showed up after 4 pm. I asked him to spray the interior of the home and out on his booties. He said he did not have any because it was not his normal truck. I asked him to spray the exterior. I don’t know how well he serviced exterior because we still have ants and spiders. Also, the interior of the house has mice droppings everywhere. I am not sure what you guys are spraying but it’s not working. I have more issues now than when I started the pest control. If you show up to do a service at someone’s home you should come prepared. So the tech packed me to reschedule the service. So now I have to be at home waiting for the tech all day again.

Run the other way much like the bugs, this is a very dishonest company.

Actually read and respond to my concerns from day one. salespeople who lie to customers face to get you to sign and when you call to complain you are told we cannot do that and if you wish to cancel that will be 199.00. Very disreputable company.

I answered the front door today and…

I answered the front door today and noticed a nest of some kind right next to the door frame. There’s something inside of it. I need it taken care of ASAP. My home was just treated this past week or so!!!

Technician didn't take the time to do a thorough job. Parts of the property were not treated. Not the first time a tech has done a poor job. We will not be renewing our service with you.

It depends on who you get

It depends on who you get . Some of the guys are very friendly and thorough while others seem to be in a hurry + are not very interested in what you have to say. Don't want to hear any of your questions. They just want to get out as quickly as they can so I've had good ones and not so good ones July 18th was not my date of experience. My last application was a great experience. I wish every experience was like that one. I would like him to be my person every time.

Disappointing experience but Aptive customer service showed up and showed out

I texted the Aptiv person that I have a wasp nest outside of my kitchen window. I couldn't have communicated this in person because I was in a meeting inside my house. But after the Aptiv person left, the wasp nest is still there, didn't look like it has been touched at all. This is very upsetting because what's the point of having Aptiv when things like that aren't getting fixed. The insects level feels like it's been staying the same as well.

Update: Aptive fixed this immediately after my review. They scheduled an appointment the next day. Blake from Aptive came and treated my whole house both interior and exterior with care. He took the wasp nest out completely. It was a great experience. I raised my review from 2 stars to 5 because I believe in making mistake and fixing it :)
