I want to cancel my service
I wanted to cancel my service, I don't mind finishing out the contract but I don't want to get BULLIED again into another contract if I miss the deadline to cancel. They want to charge me MORE than what my last scheduled maintenance would be and informed me I can't cancel until the middle of July. I do NOT want an automatic renewal for another year!

One time they did our neighbor’s home instead of ours and the only way we knew was because of the pics. Luckily they came back and I told them always leave pics so I know. I have had to remind them a few times and always got them right away. But this time no one responded back but luckily my husband was home and saw them working but I still was upset due to the failure to respond back. Overall Aptive has been great but don’t like to be ignored when I leave a message and don’t get a response
