The CSR lies about cancellation timelines and cancellation fees. They do not spray inside and out despite that is what the customer is paying for.

Always Rescheduling
Service experience was good but I always have to reschedule appointments. I signed up for a 90 day schedule and am always scheduled for 45-60 days. I shouldn’t have to reschedule every quarter. I consider canceling every time.

This was a follow up visit for mosquitos, ants, and rodent trap.…
I have had to have follow up visits for mosquitos, ants, and to check the rodent box nearly every month. I had to purchase flag markers from Lowe’s to mark the location of the mosquito traps, ant beds, and the rodent box so the tech would make sure to see them and treat them. I am highly disappointed in this company and its services. The mosquito traps are useless! I cannot even enjoy my yard or entertain due to the mosquito problem. Every month I have to contact Aptive and tell them the mosquitoes and ant beds are still very active. I realize you can’t kill every mosquito but the solution that they are using in the traps is definitely not working! I signed up for the premium service. I am not getting premium service! I would not recommend this company to anyone! Be aware and stay away from Aptive Pest Control!

Good technician, poor office scheduling
The technician was courteous, professional and did a good job completing the treatment.
The office needs to do better at scheduling treatments. An email or text two or three days before is not adequate time to plan to be home. Sharing the day is helpful, whether morning or afternoon would be even more helpful. There is logistics software and other technology that can assist in planning the routes and providing approximate windows for the treatment. If you address this opportunity and if the technicians continue to provide good service then maybe you get to five stars.
