I was visited yesterday by Anthony, my Aptive technician. He texted me in advance of his pending arrival. When he got here we walked about my house where I pointed out my areas of concern. He addressed each and every one of them, and then performed his regular maintenance. He sent me photos as proof of services rendered. Anthony is courteous, curious, and thoroughly capable.

Ross did a wonderful job
Ross did a wonderful job! He came to my front door and we discussed what was going to happen. He answered any questions I had, asked me a couple questions and I did not feel rushed at all! He completed his service with no issue at all. I am looking forward to having Ross back again as he is a “keeper!“

They are a fraud company
They are a fraud company. I signed up only for 4 applications, but started charging my card monthly basis afterward. I called them to cancel the service, but wanted to charge $200+ for cancelation. I will never return to them in future.

Zero improvement in pest control.
We have used this service for several months now and have seen no improvement in the reduction of pests. I will not renew. Service is not effective.
