Don't have to think about pest control

I appreciate the prompt, reliable, friendly and thorough service. I don't like automatic service appointments every two months that I have to call to reschedule.

The young man that was here eliminated ALL of the ground hornets that were nesting here on the first trip.

Horrible service

Horrible service, they bill monthly, even when no service is provided. 2 months in a row of charges, with no service. They claim that is standard practice.

Communication is terrible

Communication is terrible. Aptive is impossible to get someone on the phone for, and when I was contacted for service, three different people texted me that they were arriving , and 4 hours later someone did finally show up for service. Days after, I have more spiders than I started.

The first service was Fantastic

The first service was Fantastic. The fellow that came out and did it was very thorough. The second time was good too but not as good as the first. I called to get a re-spray which I was told was No problem & they made me wait for two weeks until my regular service was scheduled. The 3rd fellow that came out I told him about a few areas I had a concern about & he did them but I had to ask for the granules to be put down and the area that I saw some baby spiders he didn't spray.

Tech comes on time and appears to be conscientious. Results and actual outcome of treatment doesn’t reflect an improvement from other methods or companies. Cost is much higher, but results do not reflect the cost.

Very knowledgeable and courteous.

They do a great job treating the eaves basement and yard.
Have been very happy with our results. Have almost no cobwebs collecting around and in t hff e house.

A little upset that filling mole bait…

A little upset that filling mole bait traps is not included in the service. It takes 10 minutes. i was verbally told when I signed up that it was. I should be grandfathered into this service and not be charged an additional fee.

They talked us into a 1 year contract…

They talked us into a 1 year contract when we thought we were under a 3 month contract, sales people are very pushy to the point of hounding you! They treat your yard & home haphazardly & we still have pests, we cannot wait until the contract is over! Buyer beware!

Not having good service
