Did they come or not.
No one ever calls to say they are on their way. Most of the time the only way I know they did anything is by seeing charges to my credit card.

What they do works and keeps the pests away
Since starting my service in 2023, the ants are completely gone and I have very little of any issue with pests!! Even the ticks have been controlled!! When I have any issues they come back out to retreat free of charge. The service is generally excellent. I have had a few issues but nothing that hasn’t been fully rectified!!

Too expensive
Too expensive. Cost a fortune to cancel. Still had spiders. Bought product and did a better job ourselves for 20% the cost. Contract was too long, no benefit to us.

The technicians are always so cheerful, helpful, and thorough. The reason for the 4 stars is I had a price increase with no advance notice on my most recent treatment last week. This is unprofessional and Aptive will be hearing from me tomorrow.
