Ordered a children's drawing design necklace for mother's day, sketch and lines came out nicely on the pendant, mum loves it, kids amazed at seeing their art on display - great value and arrived in good time (considering it is a custom piece made to order).

My necklace is beautiful really happy with it. Ordered it on Sunday was here by Thursday only problem I had was with the royal mail tracking wasn't showing anything. I emailed apsley&heron about this I had a reply back with in the hr letting me know they will find out what was going on to which they did. Outstanding customer service plus the necklace it self is beautiful so happy with my order

Absolute rubbish. I am in process of getting a refund due to not receiving my order. I have been trying for a month to get my order sorted. Was told it's on its way, then it was stuck with Royal Mail. I was then told it was lost. Promised a replacement within next few days but still never arrived. I have now got to find a necklace for daughters 40th birthday in a couple of weeks.

My necklace was lost in Royal Mail’s system and it was late being delivered. When I notified Apsley &Heron they couldn’t have been more apologetic or helpful. The necklace was eventually delivered and it is exactly as promised. I have since ordered another necklace as part of my daughter’s birthday present. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I received my silver nameplate wirh the wrong chain,this was quickly remedied free of charge ,quick service to send replacement,very happy customer,I wish this company all the best for the future.

I received my nameplate necklace today,I asked for a figaro chain,that's not what I received,it was a plain chain,it literally states in the order what the customer requires? So not happy at all!I emailed and still waiting a reply!

I had to pay customs because there was no invoice in the package, also box is not nice at all.

I had a terrible experience with this online jewelry store. The website was difficult to navigate, and the product descriptions were vague and misleading. After finally placing an order, it took much longer to arrive than advertised. When the jewelry did arrive, the quality was extremely disappointing and didn’t match the photos at all. To make matters worse, the item was defective. I tried to contact customer service for a return, but the process was frustrating, and they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I would not recommend shopping here to anyone.

Poor tracking information via shop app, waste of time, Royal Mail no better, I received my order 3 days ago, shop app still says ready to ship now.
But good communication when emailing.
This is a very fine chain, I would recommend you spend more to get something thicker.
