Was 1 hour late, and stuff were missing from order but was still charged called shop and got rude staff member refusing to help

What a wonderful group of people, delivery was made in plenty of time, the young girl was so polite and informed me there were also strawberries, cream and meringue nests in my order, free of charge as a thank you for shopping with Touts. Thank you so much guys

Thank you for your local delivery service. Very friendly people, without this service, being disabled and housebound I would be pretty comprimised being able to purchase and have fresh and tinned goods to my door along with other peripherals they provide too.
