J'ai fait appel à Approach People pour un recrutement
J'ai fait appel à Approach People pour recruter une personne pour mon entreprise en Espagne. Ils m'ont presenté que 2 candidats qui correspondaient à mes attentes et lorsque j'ai demandé à voir d'autres candidats ils ont tout simplement abandonné mon dossier en arretant de me repondre par mail ou téléphone. Sans explication, ni excuse. J'ai rarement rencontré aussi peu de professionalisme et d'empathie dans une entreprise dediée aux ressources humaines.

J'ai observé certains comportements dans l'entreprise qui peuvent être perçus comme problématiques, notamment une culture de gestion basée sur la pression, un manque de bienveillance de la part de certains responsables, ainsi que des attitudes et commentaires qui manquent parfois de respect et d'inclusivité. De plus, il semble y avoir un suivi strict des communications internes, ce qui peut créer un environnement de travail moins détendu. Enfin, les attentes en matière de code vestimentaire semblent parfois excessivement rigides

Le management que vous décrivez n'est pas celui pratiqué chez Approach People en 2021 et n'y a pas sa place.
Nous veillons à ce que tous les salariés aient les mêmes chances de succès et d'épanouissement. Cela passe par l'onboarding, les formations, les challenges réguliers, la progression de carrière et surtout le bien-être au travail.
Dans un soucis de transparence, nous invitons d'ailleurs les personnes qui souhaitent nous rejoindre à prendre contact avec les consultants en poste pour leur poser leurs questions.
