Too many hoops to go through to register. Had to send photo ID and when coming to use the card retailers reluctant to accept
Refused in Primark and Aldi.

a current list of shops that accept Love2shop
My problem is having a current list of stores that will accept payment with my Love2shop card
It is a bit embarrassing asking when at the checkout cos it causes delays for other customers and can annoy the assistants and other customers

Excellent customer service from the word go. Video meeting arranged to walk me through the ordering process for e-vouchers. Nothing was too much trouble and would 100% recommend.

Super helpful account holder
Trying to organise a substantial order for a Business account at short notice with complex internal system requirements wasn't easy, with lots of help and communication from Liam Jackson the transaction was completed in time to deliver the required order to our well deserving employees. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Confusion
Confusion - tried to order stuff online and could only use one voucher. SO converted 5 Verian cards to Masatercards but again could only use and so not suitable for a larger item. Eventually went to Argos locally and they could not read the mastercards so I had to come home (luckily had not cut the Verian cards in half) and put refunds all the value back onto the cards and use the cards together t buy the item later in person at Argos. Not clear that only one voucher possible and not clear that you have to top up £10 vouchers to convert etc.Lots of time inputinng log unumbers and frustration. Needs a clear 1 2 3 what to do on the website if you only get these vouchers once a year (incentive for doing a survey)

Quick reloading means I’ll use far more often
Top ups are now loading immediately, rather than the previous minimum of 30/40 mins. It’s great and I’m likely to use far more often.

The vouchers
We had lots of support setting up account and with ordering vouchers but delivery took over a week considering we had paid for next day delivery, that was very upsetting .
