Very easy to use website to load cards and funds are on instantly. Cards are accepted in a large range of stores and don't seem to have any problems using them.

I needed to make a purchase and remembered I had not quite enough on my card, so after one quick login to my bank, I was able to top up my card and complete the purchase.

You don’t have much choice of spending online so I changed the love2shop card to a m&s e gift card which they said would arrive by email within 24 hours, that was 3 days ago and I still haven’t received them yet.

The worst gift cards to use. Have had on going problems with them. Customer service is not helpful.

I feel confident using the Love to Shop card. Never had a problem presenting it to shop.

I asked for support as I was trying to get the codes for vouchers which I had activated but had not saved the list of codes for each voucher issued. After explaining 3 times to different advisors what I was trying to do, none of them had the patience of trying to understand and kept asking me to stop trying to activate the same vouchers, not to mention that they were condescending in their communication treating me like I was stupid without even trying to understand my problem or providing me with a solution. I asked for a video call to talk them through my problem which they did not provide and instead kept repeating the same thing. I ended up giving up and managed to recover the download of the code lists from my device.

Received a card from Sun Life as part of their promotion and the card is pretty much useless, so many restrictions and even charges for using the card in specified outlets. Not worth the plastic
