Efficient, easy and reliable

Was skeptical at first, but seriously good service. You can choose ANY delivery day (unlike ordering from LG directly) and their delivery team gave me regular updates the days leading up to and on the day of delivery so I knew exactly when to expect it. The team installed it and took away the rubbish and were friendly and polite. I had the worst delivery experience with LG directly who wouldn’t even bring it into the house, just left it at the front door even though I told them I live alone.

Placed an order for an ‘in stock’ item. Received a email informing me it would be delivered in over a MONTH’S time. Tried to contact customer support as this was not acceptable to me. No response to the email I sent. Tried to log on to the website to view my order. Was told a code was sent to my email but one never arrived, so unable to log on. Tried to contact via live chat. Typed in my query. Agent’s very first message was ‘was that for the $30 off?’ WTF? Totally unrelated to my query. Now wondering if it is a scam website. Avoid at all costs.

I am extremely impressed with the service this company has given. I ordered a washing machine, they delivered the next day, used a tracking app with delivery drivers and was 100% accurate on times. Drivers were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, will definitely buy from them again.

The aspect I found "the cherry on the cake" is the delivery information dialogue, so you know precisely when your delivery will arrive. I ordered Sunday afternoon and the appliance was delivered Monday morning! The price was good when considering the free delivery and take away of the old appliance. The delivery team was also efficient and professional. I would recommend Appliances Online.

Easy to use website, great pricing, ordered a new tv Friday night 6:30pm, new tv was in my living room at 9:15am the next day

Bait Advertising.

I ordered (and paid for) a hybrid chest freezer (advertised as being on "sale") on 8th May, with delivery scheduled for 5th June.

On 3rd June, I received a phone call (which was the first correspondence I had received) to inform me that they don't yet have stock. A little late in the day, I think. Delivery was rescheduled for 19th June.

On 24th June, in light of no delivery and no correspondence, I phoned to enquire about the status of my order. I was informed that they still don't have stock and I'd either have to wait, for another few weeks, or receive a refund. I asked about an alternative and they offered me a similar sized freezer, from a different manufacturer, at a 25% higher price, with no compensation. I chose a full refund.

I am miffed that I waited, almost 2 months, for a product which they did not have in stock and which they continued to advertise (albeit at a higher - still on "sale" - price).

To not have the item that I ordered, in stock, nor to acquire stock in a reasonable time, and yet to continue to advertise the same product, and to offer me a more expensive alternative, is, in my opinion, bait advertising, A practice which is illegal, as far as I understand. I believe they they should be taken to task, by ACCC, accordingly.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend such a shoddy (and seemingly fraudulent) company.
