Oven problem
My oven was not working but the burners were. After looking at new stoves and being very disappointed in what was available, I searched for a repair service and luckily found Flash Repair. I got an appointment the day after I called and their technician took one look at my Kenmore and knew immediately what was wrong, but proceeded to do a thorough investigation nonetheless. After confirming his prognosis that the computer panel had given up the ghost, he ordered the new components I needed and I was given a repair date two days later. Because they received the new components earlier than expected, they called me to move the repair date forward. Needless to say, I was very happy to have it repaired sooner than later. Both technicians who investigated and repaired my stove were polite, spoke English and knew their business. I am very happy that there are young men who have learned to repair appliances because we need them, as many repairmen are older and a lot of them have retired.
