Receive a call from repair on site location if costs change due to other parts requiring change.
Opinion: Diagnostic charge of 85$ should be charged if no repair is required but should not be charged if repair is required.

Great to deal with. Professional, on-time and knowledgeable. Showed-up when they said they would, followed-up and were super clean and polite. They are definitely our go-to company for this type of work. A pleasure to deal with.

Avons utilise leurs services 2 fois
Avons utilise leurs services 2 fois. Et a chaque fois, l'expertise des agents reparateurs a ete trop variable. Et les 2 fois, il aura fallu 2 ou 3, voir 4 visites pour une seule reparation. Cette fois-ci la facture a ete vraiment trop elevee. Dommage !

The technician that came was very polite, friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. I wouldn’t hestitate to contact them again for repairs to any of my appliances and have already recommended them to friends and family!
