Applesofgold Recensioni

Fantastic company with unique items. The Customer Service is unbeatable.

I enjoyed how when i asked for recommendations for sizes for a accompanying necklace chain to
my pendant, they provided me multiple options with expert opinions on which will look better. Very polite representatives and very quick responses to all my detailed questions!

Had to return a item and had no problems. Everyone was friendly. Great place!

I was looking to purchase a crucifix necklace for my wife. There were so many to choose from but ashfin had one in his collection that was perfect. He was so helpful and responsive to questions that I had. I couldn't be more thankful to ashfin and happy with my purchase experience.

This is NOT a paid review; I am a real customer from California.
I worked with Afshin directly to pick out the right crucifix to fit my necklace and my budget. He was very knowledgeable and always quick to respond. With a large investment such as gold jewelry I wanted to make sure I was buying from a reputable source, and not your local jewelry store with inflated prices (rent isn’t cheap in CA). I will definitely be doing business with Apples of Gold in the future.

They did everything they said. Went up and beyond.

Great jeweler! Very easy to talk to about the bracelet. Im. Very pleased with this piece. Will purchase again from Apples of Gold without hesitation!

Apples of Gold Jewelry is a great place to get any gift! The staff is friendly and professional and their jewelry is of high quality. As a Veteran who appreciates good customer service, I highly recommend them!

I have to say I'm truly impressed with these guys. I mistakenly didnt add my 10% discount , but they still honored it and refunded my 10% .
Highly recommend them to anyone!!Thank you for your honesty.

I did my research and scoured the internet and shopped locally for the best value and quality. And kept coming back to Apples of Gold. Finally ordered the Men’s 14k gold beveled crossSKU: APPLESCR-900Y . I also utilized their chat and was quickly answered. Shipping was very fast and free! Price. Quality. Customer service. Above and beyond. Highly recommend this gem of a company. Christ is King! James Fidler

I lost my wedding ring and wanted to get it replaced as soon as possible. Afshin at Apples of Gold Jewelry had in made and delivered to me in less than a week! This company is the best. I give it my highest recommendation!

I bought an 18 current gold cross. Necklace, and it had a little blemish. And they mailed me a new one. I'm just happy as a clam at high tide. Very good people. I would definitely buy here again.

The customer service is kind and personal, and they do their best to meet your needs!
However, I had to place multiple orders because the first craftsman absolutely refused to make adjustments or work with me on adjusting the ring.
The second order was a mix. The initial request went through fine, expectations were being met, until the follow up phone call. I had to restate all of the design criteria all over again, because it was either ignored or not written down. The renders came late because he forgot to email them to me. The initial renders were mostly what I wanted, except the accent stones were the wrong size.
The second render was delayed because of the first, and I thought they had fixed all of my concerns. They fixed some of them. And introduced other incongruencies.
The rings look nice, but they ordered and set the wrong accent stone sizes.
The metal bands are nice, but feel and sound like a totally different metal than the first order. I requested sterling silver.

The whole look is wrong because all of the accent stones on the wedding band and engagement ring are too small. They don't even come close to the requested size.
At least the main set pieces are correct and are pretty! That is the one main thing I wanted fixed in the first place.

I placed an order for the 14k White Gold His Banner Over Me Was Love Diamond Cross Necklace and It was everything and more than I expected! The quality craftsmanship of the cross is exquisite and the diamonds placed perfectly! The customer service is excellent. When I inquired about the status of my order, Mr. Yaghtin responded in a matter of hours!!! I will be using them in again for my jewelry needs!

I ordered a Sterling Silver Crucifix and matching chain. After receiving the Crucifix I was incredibly please with the quality and detail for such a good price. However, on the order receipt it said the chain shipped separately but the chain that was labeled was the incorrect size. I reached out to ApplesofGold via their text option on their website. I sent the message after hours and they quickly replied and expedited shipping for the correct chain. Incredibly pleased with both the products and customer service. Really nice to see companies that go above and beyond!! Will definitely shop again!

Apples of gold staff worked with me to accommodate my requests and make the pendant I wanted become a reality. They are very professional and put customer service first, which is a rarity these days. Thank you so much for your time and beautiful craftsmanship!

I highly recommend Apples of Gold. This is a Christian company and their values show. They are wonderful people and I had an exceptional experience with them when I purchased a custom piece of jewelry. They are extremely skilled artisans and they communicated with me throughout my purchase to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted. The prices and customer service are excellent and Apples of Gold truly cares about their customers in every way. My satisfaction was always their priority and they ensure that everything from ordering to receiving custom-made jewelry is an enjoyable experience. Afshin is the best and I will purchase all of my jewelry from Apples of Gold in the future.

Fantastic Customer Service! Any questions I had, were answered quickly. Nice doing business with them.

Working with Apples of Gold is the pinnacle of what online shopping should be: the convenience of on-the-go shopping with the personal touch of individualized care and attention. Recently, I was in a bind and needed a specific size and length of a platinum necklace. I emailed Apples Of Gold and while they did not have the specific necklace in hand, they reached out to the warehouse and did a special delivery to get me the exact necklace I needed in time to make me look like a hero! Since then, I’ve worked with Apples Of Gold on customized designs. Similar to my first experience, the interactions were quick, helpful, and provided the guidance I needed to adjust the design into something beautiful. I won’t hesitate to use Apples Of Gold again for my future needs.

Anyone who doesn’t give these amazing people 5 stars is a fool! I’ve dealt with many jewelry shops in person and online, and the customer service and attention to detail is top notch. I had the pleasure of communicating with Afshin throughout my purchase process and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Heck, if you text back their number that they send you text messages through, Afshin will actually text you right back!! Super high quality jewelry from a Christian owned company right here in the USA?!? YES PLEASE!! Oh and by the way, my solid gold crucifix I purchased from then is far beyond better quality than I could find in any brick and mortar jeweler in all of Sacramento and the surrounding area, believe me I looked. I look forward to purchasing from Afshin and Apples of Gold again in the near future. God bless you!
