I emailed in-regards to a query as I required a bit more clarification that the information provided on the website & Demi was really helpful in answering my questions while also providing me with some additional images

I have ordered a foam to make a bench pad. I went with Anyfoam because it was cut to measurements. I have order a 180cm by 55cm and I have received 179cm by 54.5cm and not a straight cut.
They advertised a cut to measurements product and claim accuracy on their website but they have added in their terms and conditions a tolerance of -/+ 0.5 cm to 1cm. The terms and conditions are accepted just before check out and I would have expected to see the note in the tolerance when entering your measurements.
1cm is an important gap and affects my project. I have contacted the customer service but they aren't going to help and have stopped responding to my emails.

Needed replacement foams for a Peli case previously used manufacturers own. However this time I decided to use Anyfoam, easy to navigate web site simple 3 stage process, put your measurements in mm or inches, pick the type of foam, move to payment, also they use PayPal so even quicker. First class service, foams arrived 2 days later, great quality and exactly to size, I now recommend them to friends and family

We were looking for a firm that could provide us with some foam for our settees. I have been having problems with the feathers in our seats of late, and we decided to replace them with foam. Could not have chosen a better firm. It was so easy to get exactly the right size and shape. The website makes it easy to order. Although we ordered them on a Sunday morning, they were with us on Tuesday morning. Delivered by yodel. Excellent is not good enough. Thank you.

Being the first time ordering foam online we weren't sure which foam was best & with so many companies at various prices didn't help
But Demi was very helpful with various quotes etc.
Very competitive prices and amazingly quick delivery (delivered in 24hrs from time of payment)!!
We went for 100mm medium firmness foam for the seat base cushions and found them perfect. Try getting us out of the chairs!!

Anyfoam customised a piece of foam for a project I had in mind. They responded to my request immediately and the foam was with me within a couple of days. It fits perfectly and I would buy from this company again.

Avoid Any foam and Efoam at all costs. Shop with a company that know what they are doing, because these clearly don't know one grade of foam from another. I ordered 50 grade foam and they sent what looked like 21 grade. Much poorer quality. I did get a refund 6 working days later, but minus their shipping costs and mine, leaving me over £70 out of pocket. Shop elsewhere is my advice

Paid for goods 27/10/22, given a delivery timeslot of 16.00-18.00 which was not ideal as finish work at 16.30. Stayed until 18.10 no delivery. Given new timeslot on another day again no delivery. Told Yodel had gone to wrong address previously but as they counted it as 2 attempts they would not redeliver. Was told if I wanted my goods I would have to collect from Yodel depot in another town. I pointed out this was not my issue and to send goods again. Anyfoam agreed to have goods sent back to them and ship out with another courier. Now 18/11/22 and still not goods, no sense anyone is at all concerned, and no contact for the last 7 days….. Anyfoam themselves emailed last week and said courier had been twice to wrong address and courier wouldn’t come again as 2 attempts maximum even though had not been to me. Are they now saying since that email that 7 attempts to correct address made in 5 working days to my business that was manned from 5.30-18.00, I’m glad you say you have tracked evidence as you can email said times for me to check on our multiple cctv, we even have ANPR if you want to also provide a reg number. I see in an earlier review you sided with a rogue courier and that customer didn’t get his goods or refund either. Do you intend to provide me with either???

The Anyfoam website is very well designed and thus easy to use. I put my order in on Tuesday 4th August and the three foam inserts arrived the following day by DHL. The foam inserts were correctly dimensioned and are now in their covers. A 20-year-old Chesterfield now has cushions like new.

Got exactly what I was looking! Even though my order was quite small I received great service, good products and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Anyfoam to my friends and family.

We ordered a piece of foam back in February totally the wrong shape, entirely my fault, Rang Anyfoam for advice and instruction they were amazing told us exactly what we needed to order.......
We then received what should've been the correct shape only to find that it was almost exactly the same as the original piece except it was totally the wrong depth and the quality of the wrapping and netting was dreadful.... We rang them, sent photographs and emails and they admitted liability and apologised...
However, they are not prepared to send the correct shape until they receive the wrong piece back via the courier that was last Monday it's now Thursday afternoon and we are still waiting for it to be collected....
We have used Anyfoam for years and years, never, ever,ever again...The customer service staff are unprofessional, and uncooperative....
Apparently the manager only works remotely and is called Dave!!!

Courier didn’t deliver despite saying he did. Was only able to show a forged signature spelt incorrectly! My contract was with Any foam but they wouldn’t refund as they state it was delivered. It was not. Used them previous to this but after this last experience, I wouldn’t recommend. Great if no problems with delivery, but if there is, they don’t want to know.

I got my first order delivered fast and only one of the foam blocks was slightly larger than the requested size (half a centimeter).
I just placed the second order and I am looking forward to receiving it!

Update: 26/11/2021: Second order arrived and the blocks are now made of a crappy foam, which looks awfull, less dense than the previous one, different colour (this one looks cheap, has some shiny things in the structure, like the ones you get when you buy low quality cases), feels oily/greasy and you can see there are multiple layers glued on top of each other as they come off when you try to pull them out from the case you placed them in.

First order was spot-on, no issues at all, but the second order was a failure and a big disappointment.
Will definitely not recommend them nor buying again.

I have ordered foam from this company several times, and have been very happy with their product. Delivery has been quick, and their pricing is very fair. Will definitely order again from them.
