Anthony Gold is one of a small group of law firms recommended by the St George's Hospital Major Trauma Support Partnership to handle personal injury claims resulting from major injuries treated at St George's. Following a pedestrian/vehicle road accident in Sept 2025, I was passed on to them by the MTSP team in early Oct 2025. I am very glad that I was.

I have no knowledge of the firm's expertise in any other legal areas, but the way they dealt with my injury claim over the next few months was excellent throughout. In particular I must single out for praise Mr Asad Amin, the Senior Associate Solicitor who handled my case: from our first meeting at my home (I was unable to travel), he was friendly, helpful, patient, clear, intelligent, painstaking and highly efficient in every way.

In late February Mr Amin was able to negotiate an out-of-court settlement with the other party's insurers that was not only very satifactory, but avoided the uncertainty of outcome and long wait - often years - that taking things to court involves. His advice on this last matter was especially valuable, and has enabled me to begin putting behind me an intensely unhappy and demanding period of my life.

The date I have given for my experience, 27 March 2026, was when matters were finally concluded with the receipt of the settlement.

I approached Anthony Gold via the Major Trauma Support Partnership at Kings College Hospital, after I was injured when a car knocked me off my bicycle.

The solicitor, Ben Simons, was excellent. He was caring, attentive, very knowledgeable and patient with someone making their first personal injury claim.

Ben took the trouble to explain things thoroughly, checking that I had understood, and always followed up promptly to my enquiries. He took particular care with written records, and I greatly appreciated having his detailed letters on file to refer back to. This was especially important after our initial meeting, which happened shortly after I was discharged from hospital and when I was still suffering the acute effects of the accident.

Ben handled the many uncertainties of the case with skill and care, and was able to secure a satisfactory settlement.
